Holiday Villa with swimming pool, Blue Tree

Thank you for being our guests, during your entire stay I was available 24 hours a day, I came several times and asked if everything was ok and you said it was. The house has 200 m2 and consists of a ground floor with a two-room apartment with kitchen,bathroom and livingroom on 100 m2 and a two-room apartment on the first floor with kitchen, bathroom and livingroom on 100 m2, on each floor there is enough space for 6 people to eat and live normally, which means that the total capacity of the house is 12 people and we are advertising it for 10 for better comfort, in addition to the kitchens on each floor that can be used by 12 people, in the yard there is a kitchen with a grill and a large table where 10 people can sit, the stove on the ground floor has been replaced and can cook normally on 4 rings, and the stove for cooking upstairs works normally without problems, mosquitoes and bees are a natural phenomenon that we cannot influence, in the house you have mosquito nets on every window, also in every room there is an electric device that works on tablets and protects against mosquitoes. The pool was cleaned regularly in several visits, you were not in the house when the pool was cleaned, after 7 days of your stay the water in the pool was very green and I warned you to tell the children not to defecate in the pool because the water is green, I added additional chemicals so that the water would be clear and after that everything was ok. During the summer there are many people on the island and the water supply is limited and that is why our house has a 1000 liter water tank that is automatically filled every night and during the day you had 1000 liters for 12 people, 1 person consumes 80 liters of water on average per day, so the 1000 liter is much then enough, after two days of your stay you left the water on during the night and emptied the tank and the pump worked non-stop and burned out, you called in the morning and it was replaced with another one without any charges. The description of the house does not say that we have dishwashers. You knew all this and now you write such things publicly. Thank you once again for your stay and read the description of the house better the second time, because in the last 5 years that we have been working, no one has complained about these things.
