Covered, private and closed parking space included in the price (max height 2.30m). Living room + 1 bedroom, fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven/microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hob, toaster, coffee maker, raclette and fondue sets), bathroom, separate toilet, terrace. 2 beds in the bedroom. 2 beds in the living room. Possibility in both cases to make separate beds or to bring the beds together (80 x 200) to make a double bed 160 x 200.
For short stays (less than 7 nights), to take full advantage of it, a flat rate of €60 is mandatory including final cleaning (excluding kitchen), bed linen and towels, to be paid on site.
For all stays of 7 nights or more, this package (cleaning, bed linen and towels) is an option, to be paid on site (cash or check). If this option is not taken, a cleaning deposit of €40 will be given on arrival and will be returned on the day of departure.
A security deposit of 300€ (check or cash) will be given on arrival.
In season, access to the services of the residence (fitness room, rest area, BB kit, bread and pastries in the morning, washing machine and dryer available etc.)
Ski & Snowboard equipment rental at the foot of the building.
