What makes this house unique starts with the beautiful views and desert wildlife. Some nearby attractions include: The Boulders, dozens of golf courses, hiking and biking trails, horseback riding, Old Town, Top Golf, Talking Stick Casino, Butterfly World and OdySea Aquarium. It is also close to restaurants, shopping in North Scottsdale, Carefree and Cave Creek. The home has great access to airports, professional baseball, basketball, football and hockey. Don't forget the PGA Waste Management Open, spring training baseball, Barrett Jackson Auction and the Arabian Horse Show. Whatever your pleasure, you can find it here.


This spacious 3806 square foot home has recently been appointed with new furnishings and new photos are forthcoming. There are 4 sizable bedrooms (one of which is in a stand alone Casita with breakfast bar), all with king beds and en suite bathrooms. 5 brand new 50"+ flat screen smart TVs are present throughout the house, with streaming YouTube TV and DVR capabilities, along with a state-of-the-art sound system. It is highlighted by an 85" Sony TV in the large family room with accompanying surround sound for a truly theatrical experience. There are also 3 gas fireplaces (master bdr, casita and formal living room) to snuggle up in front of, in addition to the outdoor gas fire pit.

The outdoor patio features a private pool (additional charge for heating), fire pit, built in gas grill and a wondrous mountain view of Apache Peak.

The home is fully stocked with everything a tenant could need; fully equipped kitchen, paper products, toiletries, laundry supplies, linens, and towels. This is truly a home away from home.

The hosts were great. They let us check in early and stay late . The guest bedrooms were all the same and extremely spacious .The private hiking trails were like Vail for hiking. It was a surprise that the area within 10 miles had both fine and fun restaurants.Lastly it was a surprise having 2 bottles of wine and snacks when we arrived .This truly was the best Vrbo or rental experience since taking this route for travel . Thank you Brett and Kelli. Will will be back ,This was one of the best Vrbo or rental experiences in our lives .
