The Comtesse de Paris welcomes you with a double bed, a private shower and toilet

The Grand Alexandre room has a bed for two people. The bathroom is equipped with sink and shower, and toilet.

The Louise Bonne room has a double bed and a shower room with WC

The Belle de Nuit room has a bed for two people. The bathroom is equipped with a sink and a shower, and a private toilet.

The Royale Gala has a bed for two people, a bedroom with sofa bed for two people. The bathroom is equipped with sink and shower, as well as a bathtub.

The Melrose is a suite composed of a double bedroom for two people, a living room and a mezzanine with two single beds. A bathroom with shower, freestanding bathtub and toilet.



Attention: bring your pool towels.

You will have access to the entire Villa, wellness area, kitchen, garden and parking



Other remarks
The NUMBER OF PEOPLE to be indicated on the reservation is the number of people present in the apartment, sleeping on site or not.

The organization of parties is strictly forbidden. The maximum capacity is 16 people.

Otherwise, we are entitled to evacuate the premises without any possible refund

We are located in the city, with neighbours around the accommodation. The noise level must remain reasonable both for music and for outpourings of joy. The accommodations are not intended to be transformed into a discotheque.

The dishes must be done and put away, in case of non-compliance with this rule, we reserve the right to keep 200€ on the deposit.

Linen is provided: Dish towels, sheets, bath mat, 1 small towel + 1 large towel /person.
Access and use of the wellness area, the swimming pool, the jacuzzi, is under your full responsibility, access to unaccompanied minors is prohibited for obvious safety reasons.

Any festive event must be reported to us in advance and the number of 16 people maximum must be respected.

ATTENTION: In the event of non-compliance with these rules, the neighborhood and the organization of parties, your deposit will be automatically deducted and a complaint filed for non-compliance with the contract and possible damage.

Please return your own rental, the cleaning fee corresponds to the laundry and check-out costs.

In addition, for hygiene reasons, it is forbidden to eat in the wellness area
