The Space:

Surrounded by lush palm trees, this property boasts a backyard oasis featuring a sparkling salt water pool, hot tub, patio with outdoor dining table and BBQ grill, and a spacious lawn perfect for kids to run and play.

This impeccably clean house is designed with hotel-style amenities and is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. All linens are crisp white, showcasing our commitment to cleanliness, and the kitchen is fully stocked with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful granite countertop. The bountiful breakfast bar provides ample seating for your group.

The living room is tastefully decorated with a leather sectional and large screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The smart TVs in the living room also offer live news, sports events, and HBO Max movies via Youtube TV. The game room is a fun-filled space, complete with a 60-inch TV, pool table (with ping pong tabletop), poker and foosball tables, and an Xbox video game console with popular games.

All bedrooms are professionally decorated and feature their own Smart TV, while the kids' room is a playful space with bunk beds, a sofa sleeper, 47-inch TV, and plenty of kids' books.

Take advantage of the beautiful weather and enjoy the outdoors with the gated swimming pool, above-ground spa, and relaxing patio furniture. Fire up the gas grill and spend an afternoon barbecuing with friends and family.

Located near Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and downtown Anaheim, the property is also just minutes away from the convention center, shops, and restaurants. A pool heating fee applies if heating service is needed, and the initial nightly price is set for up to 8 guests, with an extra fee of $30 per night per guest for over 8 guests, up to a maximum of 11 guests. Infants under 2 years old are not counted in the headcount. A pet fee of $300 per pet applies, with a maximum of 2 small pets (under 30 lbs) allowed.

Please note that the city of Anaheim imposes a 15% Transient Tax on all licensed short-term rentals, and the nightly price does not include TOT tax. The total price includes TOT tax at booking.

Guest Access:
The full house is yours, including spacious game room, BBQ, huge backyard, big pool, spa, big/long driveway, etc.

The Neighborhood:
Cul De Sec location, very quiet and safe neighborhood. Every home is nicely maintained and kept up in this neighborhood. In spring, you'll see beautiful blossoms along the street. Please no party in the house, and repect neighbors. The quiet time enforced by the city is 10am - 9am.

Getting Around:
Special Note: OCTA Bus route 43 is only two blocks away! It only takes two stops to reach Disneyland Park entrance. The bus runs every 20 minutes to and from Disneyland Entrance! Perfect for the little kids, no parking, only 5 min walk. Uber is convenient anytime to anywhere. Walking to the entrance of Disneyland is 1.2 miles, about 20-30 minuets.

Besides theme parks, I'd strongly recommend you to check out historical landmark - "Anaheim Packing District", which is walking distance from my house. You'll be surprised how popular this place is, it's a hidden gem to explore... lots of yummy foods awaiting... Also lots of restaurants within walking distance.

Regarding Grocery stores, here it is,
1. Day and Nite Groceries & Taqueria (0.1 mile)
2. Walmart (0.6 mile)
3. Vons (0.7 mile)

Quiet Hours are between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m. This rule is enforced by city of Anaheim.

NO SMOKING is allowed inside the home including the game room at any time. No tobacco, no vaping and no marijuana or other drugs is allowed.

Maximum Occupancy is 11, infants under 2 are not counted toward headcount. The initial daily price is for 8 people, addition guest fee is $30/guest/night. No additional visitors unless approved by the host. Minimum booking age is 21 years old. Minimum stay is 3 nights. We reserve the right to decline requests leaving a 2 night gap in the calendar.

The pool heat costs are subject to change. The Hot Tub is always on, no additional charge to use. Strongly recommend to use only hot tub in the winter months, for energy conservation.

The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

No commercial activities are allowed in this property.

Security Surveillance cameras are installed at the outside parameter of the property, NOT indoors, and being recorded for 24/7. Your privacy is protected. Noise monitoring device is installed in backyard to monitor the decimal, only to alert the property managers when decimal is higher than normal.
