The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out by 11:00Am Wash any used dishes. Take out any bags of trash. Place used towels in the laundry basket located in wash room. Make sure all windows and doors are locked Turn off lights.
If the trash bin is full on pickup days (Monday or Wednesday), please roll it to the road for collection. This helps keep things clean for everyone. We really appreciate your help!
Once you’ve left, please send us a quick message so we know the home is vacant. Safe travels and we hope to host you again!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No loud noise after 10 pm to 7am Please respect the noise curfew. Nothing other than toilet paper is to be flushed. No food or drinks in bedrooms.
Doors must be closed at all times an locked when leaving the premises No smoking in the house or around the doors Please don’t rearrange the furniture

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the house. Super close to Busch gardens. The house was clean and well kept. Full kitchen with everything you need. Spacious four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms also had a trundle bed. The whole process was smooth and Jeremy was very responsive. Would stay again!

Amazing Location to Busch Gardens

We came here to go to Busch Gardens and as the description said the house is LITERALLY next to the entrance of Busch Gardens - you can hear people on the coasters if you are outside! The house was clean and had enough room for the 4 of us - we even had an extra bedroom. There is only one bathroom so you just have to plan around that. Jeremy was a great host - he left the light on for us when we arrived super late and responded super quickly. Check-in was easy. Overall very pleasant stay.

Great house

This was a great house for our family. Was clean and well kept. Towels a were not fully dry when put away so we had damp towels to shower with. There was also only 4 towels for a house that sleep so many. There were no top sheets on the beds. Just one blanket. One bed only had a light weight throw style blanket to cover up with.
