We really wanted a house with a pool already in, but the pools in this area were mostly put in when the homes were built, so they looked tired. We decided to buy a home without a pool and have one put in the way we wanted. We really love this house and guests seem to love it too.
Why they chose this property
You will love the fireplace and soaring ceilings. The pool has a baja shelf which is great for keeping cool while sunning or extra fun for little kids. Supreme location. A little over mile south of Mayo, and just a couple miles from Kierland and Scottsdale Quarters. Its also great for the golf tournament and the Barrett Jackson Car Show and the Arabian Horse Show. Location, Location, Location, plus a comfy home! WIFI speed 500 Mbps Download; 50 Mbps Upload; No additional Fee.
What makes this property unique
We do have a 50-amp plug in the garage for an EV charger. 50 AMP for EV Charging The home is approximately 2089 square feet with a 2 car attached garage and privately fenced yard. Nice quiet neighborhood! Newer pool and very private yard. Easy drive to many choices of shopping and restaurants. Close to the Mayo Hospital. "This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinances. Guests have access to the whole house, yard, and pool. There is a 2-car attached garage and an indoor laundry room. We provide a comfortable, clean home. If there are questions or concerns, we are here for you. Our goal is for you to enjoy your stay comfortably and privately. Quiet neighborhood near great shopping, movie theaters, golf courses, restaurants, and the 101 North so you have easy access to anything in and around the Valley of the Sun. A car is recommended, although I am sure you could hire Uber. We have a two car private garage. You are also allowed to park in the street. There is no HOA. The exit points to the back yard are per the city requirements for the pool with self-closing doors. We also provide an additional barrier with a pool fence if needed. Supervision is still needed to ensure your child is safe. We want you to have a fun, safe stay. WIFI speed 500 Mbps Download; 50 Mbps Upload; No additional Fee.
