This is a perfect home for a family vacation on the lake, or weekend fishing trip. You will fall in love with this spacious split level home in a charming lake community only a half mile from the cove! This lake home includes a large family room with plenty of seating and a separate table area perfect for family game nights or a friendly game of cards. The kitchen/dining room includes a large dining table that easily seats 8, as well as a smaller bar table with an additional 4 seats . A bunk room with double over double beds can be found in the basement with a private bathroom. Upstairs you will find two more bedrooms. The king suite has a private bathroom and a private, small, covered porch - perfect for your early morning coffee! The spacious queen bedroom also has its own private exit to the main deck area. The large wrap-around deck makes for great evenings to gather for barbecues and enjoy the great outdoors. The garage includes a washer & dryer and a game area where you can show off your foosball skills. The large back yard contains a fire pit area for the entire family to gather at while s’mores are made and laughter is shared. We even provide the wood and s’more fixings. The large parking area in the front has ample space for vehicles, and can even fit a boat or two. This Stockton Lake escape will have you counting down the days until your return!

Yearly family lake trip

We have stayed here for many years and it's the perfect place for our family & grandchildren. Communication with the host is always prompt. The house is well stocked with a variety of incidentals, in case someone forgot something. We always utilize the large outside deck. The great room is perfect for playing board games and watching a movie together. We appreciate the host and attention to comfort.

End of summer family trip

Fantastic house perfect for two families with kids. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the bunk space, and it fit our families' needs perfectly. I would definitely stay here again.

Roomy Family Retreat

Very quiet neighborhood. House is excellent for large families. Kids would love the lower level bunk room. Their own bathroom too. Parents don’t have to share. Great location with short drive to State Park Marina and Orleans Trail Marina.

Bass Fishing and Fish Fry with Family

The rental property was great!!! Had everything we needed from charging our boat at night to having our fish fry plus got to watch the NFL Draft as well!! The hosts were always there if we needed anything at all any time. Loved the whole experience and will definitely recommend to others.

Amazing Home in a wonderful neighborhood

We come to stay for the holiday weekend for 4th of July! The house was amazing and super inviting from the minute we pulled in the driveway we felt right at home! They had all the amenities ample towels pillows blankets kitchen needs etc! It was very clean and super nice! We will definitely stay here again when available to rent! 10/10

Pefect location three minutes away from the guide service. The owner accomodated my request for early check-in since I was driving up from Tampa. Great place to gather together

The property exceeded my expectations. We had a great time getting together in the dining area playing games and meeting in the living room for Bible study. I was located just a short distance from the swimming area. They provided a great deal more than I expected in the kitchen. The smores kit was an added perk. Sarah and Brian were great to work with. I would go back again.

Relaxing Oasis

We had an extended weekend with 4 couples. The men went fishing and the women’s went exploring. The home was more than expected and Sarah and Brain seriously thought of everything for those missed/forgotten items when you travel. We spent a lot of time outside on the perfect deck and had the pleasure of meeting the neighbors furbaby, Lola. We also had an armadillo each evening that hung out.

Good for the Fishing Trip

All of the guys were happy with the house. The only thing we were somewhat disappointed was how many steps. It didn't show this online. But the facility was very clean and was furnished very well.

Annual Family Time

We have rented this property every year for the past 4 or 5 years. We absolutely love this place!! The kids love the living room and outdoor space. It is very well stocked and we never need anything except our personal items and the food we bring. They always leave a kind welcome basket for us as well. We swim at the lake access on the days we don't rent a boat. We play games (provided) and enjoy the deck in the evening. We're already booked for next year! Great hosts & prompt communication. Thanks for helping us make memories!

Perfect Stay

The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. There were 5 of us and there was plenty of room for us all in the common areas, and with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, each had enough private space. The location was perfect for us - we rented a boat at Mutton Creek - it was a quick drive there and then went to Arcola to the beach the next day. The house is close enough to Stockton that we could easily run to get dinner, but in a quiet neighborhood away from traffic on Highway 39. There is a boat dock/launch very near the house, with a picnic area and firepit - that was my fav!!! The hosts were very helpful, even ensuring i had a phone number to call (it's summer and everyone is busy) if I needed anything urgently. Check-in/out was a breeze! I would be remiss, however, if I didn't mention the little "extra's"! It was obvious the hosts have vacationed or had renters before b/c they had thought of everything!! From a nice basket of S'more fixin's to extra towels, trash bags, personal care items, games, condiments,,,,,it felt like they had thought of EVERYTHING!! Stockton is a nice mid-way point for our families and I would absolutely want to rent this home again for us to be able to spend time at the lake together.

Absolutely beautiful home!!! Sarah and Brian were very responsive if we needed to reach out to them about anything. We only stayed a couple nights and were basically there only to sleep and cook a small amount but we found everything we needed and then some. Highly recommended!!!

Gorgeous house with many amenities!

Our bass club stayed for a 3 day tournament and was very impressed with the many extras Brian had for us. In the evening, activities included card games at the large tables, at morning breakfast a nice surprise was waiting in the refrigerator, shortly later we were on the water after only a half mile ride to the ramp. We highly recommend this place to even the most picky as it is immaculate inside and out. Thanks Brian!!
