Why they chose this property

We own three one-bedrooms and three deluxe studios here because we LOVE this resort and it many features. It is beautiful, well-maintained, and close to the three major theme parks, Sea World, Disney and Universal, as well as outlet malls. If you want a day trip to a real beach, Clearwater Beach is about an hour and a half away.

What makes this property unique

You are safe, secure, and in Marriott's most complete and well thought out resort. We pick weeks in great demand that we decide, sometimes, to release if we will not use them during a particular year. The reservation will be made in your name with a Marriott Reservation number, IN ADDITION TO your VRBO number.
