Magnificent, oceanfront townhouse with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and nicely furnished.

NYC inspired, this oceanfront townhouse is moments away from the beach. The property features Hickory floors, a glass staircase, an intimate kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and a open living area for memorable moments with the entire family. The first floor houses the kitchen, one bedroom with a queen size bed, and a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Access the wall to wall patio to fully enjoy the ocean views in the main living room. On the second floor there is an open space guest bedroom with two twin beds, with a full bathroom located in the hall. This floor also has the spacious, ocean facing private master bedroom. The master has a whirlpool tub, office area, and unbeatable views. The property also has a garage, bottom patio looking out to the ocean, and an outdoor shower! Great family getaway

The location was great! They had everything that we needed from coffee maker, bikes and washer and dryer. If theres a negative the 3rd bedroom is an open loft that worked for my family but may not for people lookkng for 3 private bedrooms. The location to the beach was at best a 2 min walk. My kids want to book again for next year!!

Beautiful place on the shore

Clean, modern and comfy. Super close to beach. Kitchen is a bit dated esp cooktop. Nicely outfitted though. Step up tub is a bit scary getting out so put down a towel for traction. No toaster or DVD player as of now. Master has thin blinds so you will be up with the sun guaranteed. For those that like a more upscale place, this one is ideal.

Perfect for us!

This was a great rental for our small group of friends. The location was amazing! Close to good restaurants and on direct path to the beach. The tennis court was very convenient. We appreciated the tire pump in the garage for using the bikes. The only issue we encountered was the door and lock. It was very difficult to open and close the door to assure it was locked. We had better luck from the inside getting it closed. I assume the heat we experienced while there probably was not helping the matter. The management company was very responsive. Thank you! Look forward to staying there again in the future!

Great location poorly managed property

The water softener hadnt been maintained so we were without master shower for 2 days. The other upstairs shower was also not working wrll but alsp leaked into the floor below. Apparently this has been brought up before our visit just npt fixed. We had maintence folks in and out of the hpise for 2 days. No tv remote for 1 of the 2 tvs and lots of lightbulbs out in a dimly lit property to begin with. Patio furniture is broken - you cant use the 2 chairs. Great location with awful management.

Station One Unit

We have stayed in this condo development in the past, first time in this unit. The location is fantastic. Walkable to little shops, stores, bars, ice cream etc. This was renovated more recently than the last unit we stayed in. I give wholistic reviews, hoping it will help property owners and prospective renters. The positive: Location is ideal. Pool is very nice. The owner purchased decent mattresses which is great. Many people don't. Kitchen had most anything you would need to prepare a mail. The look of the unit was positive and unique. Cool. Nice washer and dryer in garage of unit. The challenges, all which can be improved: No TV in master bedroom. Not the end of the world. Ants everywhere. Not uncommon in the Carolina's but the property owners or their HOA need to do a better job with insect control. The front door looks like someone has previously tried to break into it. I'm not saying that is what happened as this is a safe area, but that it the look. Framing really needs replaced. There is one large fridge and freeze combo but also two small ones which is nice, except the two small ones didn't work well. A tiny bit of loving care and this unit could be 5 stars. Overall, would stay again. The positive outweigh the negatives.

Christmas 2021

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived 4pm Wed afternoon - confusion over how to enter the rental unit due to staff not explaining the keys issued were not to the door, but for use with the development outdoor amenities (gates to return from beach, etc). The combination to open the rental door was confusing then door would not budge - did not want to force it in case we would damage the door or frame so maintenance person was dispatched to open lock with his key and he forced the door open. Turns out the top of door/frame is binding and bottom has 1/2 inch gap so the entry of unit was very cold from air rushing in. Adding heat to the unit (which was below 50 deg F) took a while as the thermostat had no instructions and once we worked out how to set, we determined all adjustments had to be made on the upstairs unit for both zones (lower thermostat is display only). Clearly the prior user did not set temp to 58 deg per exit instructions, nor did any pre-rental visit by staff set the temp. This cold exacerbated the front door warping/binding as later in the rental period when it warmed up (70 deg days on Xmas) the front door binding was much less. Also, unable to heat the unit or enjoy the fireplace units as no instructions provided how to activate and we did not puzzle how these units worked, did not want to mess with them due to the danger of gas appliance. All other features of the unit were nice and we enjoyed our visit once we got warm, and the beach weather improved. Great location!

TH 9 at Station One

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting with Intracoastal for years. We love Station One for the location, tennis, and pool. Staff there are always friendly and accommodating. This was the first time we were disappointed. At 3:45 pm on day of check in, not only was the unit not cleaned, it reeked of garbage. Apparently it had been vacant for a week (according to neighbors) and the tenants left tons of garbage. Consequently the house smelled for a couple days and we had to contend with flies for most of the week. This rental was listed as a three bedroom. However the room with two day bed singles had no door, it appeared more like a seating area. Master bath is dangerous to get in and out of shower. And this was the first time there was no TV in the master bedroom. No lighting over the dining table made playing games/cards a challenge. In spite of these complaints, we had a great time. We would not hesitate to rent through Intracoastal again, just not this unit!

Great week in Wrightsville

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, very convenient for everything. TH9 is very nice, but a bit odd. Vanities are made for very tall people. Master shower is dangerous if you do not get around well. I would not recommend older people to stay in the master bedroom. Master bath also has an odd stacked glass wall which allows complete visibility from master bed of people showering and using the toilet. Another bath has a door that does not close all the way, which is strange in my opinion. Fortunately for us we are still agile and had no issues. Outdoor shower is great. All that being said, we have a fantastic week and will be back again. Intercostal staff was very helpful during all interactions.

Wrightsville Beach Paradise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful vacation at Wrightsville Beach! The townhouse is spacious, comfortable and accurately represented in the pictures. The location is super convenient, an easy walk to the beach, pool, and a few local shops and restaurants (The Workshop, South Beach Grill). We ate at several highly rated restaurants that were within 5 miles of our place, just over the causeway, including Cerviche's, Bridge Tender and Poe's Tavern (2x). Some vacation homes we rent do not include bedding and towels so I greatly appreciated that they were provided. We spent our last day in downtown Wilmington and enjoyed browsing shops and eating an late lunch at Fork n Cork. There was a lot of construction on the Riverwalk so we took a very abbreviated walk along the river. This was my first time in Wrightsville Beach and I highly recommend it for a relaxing, low-key holiday.

Not as great as the pictures

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For me, this property was way over priced and the pictures are a tab bit misleading. Listed below were my issues.1. I may have misunderstood but although this is oceanfront, you can not access the ocean from your unit. You must use the public access. Not too far but still disappointing for me.2. The Tennis Court is in shambles and not playable.3. Bathrooms did not feel clean to me because the tubs and toilets are black and had quite a bit of soap scum/white film.4. The Vanities in the bathrooms are about 4 1/2 ft high with a vessel sink - I had to use a step stool to brush my teeth and put my make up on.5. The Master Bathroom has a "window" from the bathroom to the bedroom so you can watch your significant other shower, etc.6. We found mice droppings in the kitchen cabinets and saw one roach in the kitchen as well.Overall, I just felt it was very pricey given my concerns listed above. We will not be going back.
