Weekly rentals during summer- SAT TO SAT. 3BR/3BA Fully furnished single family home on Wrightsville Beach. Over 1300 SQ FT living area. Located near Johnny Mercer's Pier on quiet street with short walk to beach. Features large wrap around porch with rockers ,complete kitchen, dining, and living areas. Home has 3 large bedrooms with 2 full baths upstairs and 1 full bath downstairs plus outside shower. Laundry room off kitchen. Spacious covered patio under house in rear with seating available. Fenced back yard. Each bedroom equipped with TV. TV,DVD in Living area and wireless internet! Will comfortably sleep up to 6 (1 king size and 2 queen size beds) - linens not provided. Small housebroken pets okay with additional $300 non refundable deposit. Please call for more information.More photos available upon request. Weekly rentals preferred Saturday 3pm to Saturday 10am.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights
Check out is at 10am-text me when you leave (9106193095). Please take out the trash, clean up some, load and run the dishwasher.
Please make the beds with the original spreads on them and put all furniture where it was when you arrived. Run the bath mats and kitchen towels in the washing machine.
Please pull the trash to the street on thurs nite, so the new guest has room in the trash. If you have a dog please pooper scoop and remove as much hair inside as you can.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was a great little house located close to the beach. It was clean and check-in was easy, and the owner was available when I needed her. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my dog. It was a less than 5 minute walk to the beach across the street, or a 10 minute walk to Johnnie Mercers Pier. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and the house had mostly everything you need. Only thing I would change is for the owner to provide towels and washcloths. I think for the price of the stay, that would be a nice addition. Overall I would stay here again!

The perfect respite!

We stayed here to be close to family at Shell Island for a wedding and loved it so much we added 2 nights! The host was wonderful about making that happen. The house was more than just clean, it was cozy, a very easy walk to the beach and on a quiet neighborhood street. We brought our 14 year old dog and we’re so grateful for the fenced in yard with easy access. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great house for girlfriend getaway. Loved sitting on front porch morning, afternoon or evening. Nothing lacking in kitchen. Really, everything you need. Will definitely re-book next visit to Wrightsville Beach.

Family Vacation

This was my second stay. First time with friends and this time with family...5 adults and one 16 yo. Everyone enjoyed the location and accommodations. There were a couple of glitches but owners are very reassuring and communicative. This is my go-to destination in Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach. Plan to return for another friend getaway in September.

Charming. Nice setup.

Loved the entire location and cottage set up. Open floor plan kitchen, dining room and living room. Nice shaded wrap around porch upstairs and spacious covered area in the back. Plenty of showers. My little dog liked sitting with me in the back lower area with fenced in yard.

Best house

We came here with our 3 adult children and 2 grandchildren. We also had family staying at the Islander and another house down the road. Upon walking in, i admired the lovely decor and easy, comfortable layout of this house. What really impressed me were the countless details to insure our comfort. I felt like the house welcomed us with open arms. This is one of THE BEST houses I have rented over the last 25+ years and various beaches.

Great family beach house

We loved everything about this classic Wrightsville beach house! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. The house was equipped with everything you need for an easy stay. Kitchen was well equipped and lots of beach supplies in the garage. We loved being able to bring our pup and had a fenced in yard! The owner was very efficient and friendly. Definitely recommend and hope to be back soon!

Lovely Beach House with rocking chair front porch

We loved the home. My family if 6 all had room to roam. Covered patio in back yard was great for grandkids to play with games and scooters while we grilled out. The adults sat on front porch in morning and enjoyed and then glass of wine in the evening. Rental was well equipped with beach items. Kitchen was also equipped well. We arrived to a clean house. We would rent this beach house

Perfect for Family Stay

Our family spent a relaxing week here. The location is great, a quiet street with a short walk to the beach. The house is nicely decorated and the backyard is peaceful. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch.

Nice house- great backyard- quiet neighborhood. We had an ant invasion in the kitchen and master bath. I let the owner know. Also would like dish towels and dish rags in the kitchen. The bathroom door in the master bath needs fixed- it sticks. The house was not cleaned very thoroughly upon arrival- cobwebs on the chandelier and the floor was dirty

Great house and location for fun at the beach with the grandchildren

This house is in a great location just a few minutes off the beach. The house is very nice with the large front porch and fenced in patio area under the house that was a great place for the grandchildren to play during the heat of the day. Very nice living space, well taken of and and nice comfortable beds. Plan on booking this house again this year.

We grew up in Louisiana and moved to Wilmington in 2000. My husbands job brought us here. We quickly fell in love with Wilmington and also the beauty, class, and charm of Wrightsville Beach.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this home in 2003 as a rental with the intention of staying there ourselves when the property was not occupied. The home was damaged during one of the hurricannes in the late 90's, the roof was blown off. The previous owner repaired the home and renovated the interior to give it a fresh, new look. It is a beautiful, relaxing retreat. It is 15 minutes from our home but when you cross over the intra-coastal waterway to Wrightsville Beach it is a different world. The Island is four miles long with primarily low profile 'Carolina Beach Cottages' and very few tall commercial structures. There is a 2.45 mile loop that crosses Banks Channel twice to Harbor Island and back. There are several nice restaurants, a grocery store, several churches, a park / recreation area, and opportunities for kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, and fishing just to name a few. It is such a laid-back, interesting, beautiful area.

What makes this property unique

Single family privacy with fenced back yard. A short walk to the beach and to the "loop". A quiet neighborhood feel and you can walk to area restaurants.
