A great stay

After a late start the Condo was a welcome sight and we had a wonderful time. Debbie was friendly and easy to get in touch with when needed.

Fantastic Property! 6 out of 5 stars!

Let me start by saying that the property was WAY, WAY better than I expected. I've stayed in P-Town 5 times so far and 3 of those 5 were overrated. This place though was not. The location was near everything, the place was exceptionally clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful week. In addition, the property manager kept us informed on conditions before we arrived and contacted us a few times to make sure our stay was going well. Again, 6 of of 5 stars! We would definitely stay there again! PS - if you have a chance, I highly recommend the Dolphin's Whale Watch, Art's Dune Tours, seeing Dina Martina, Truro Vinyard Tour, and sitting on the rail at 1620 Brewhouse to people watch. You'll thank me later.

Cozy, well-appointed, *quiet* apartment in the heart of Provincetown. No notes! Plus, Debbie was super responsive and helpful when we reached out on a couple issues/questions.

Fall Get Away

Unit was quaint…kitchen well stocked it was raining for three days so we stayed in…..only downside was the parking….very small parking spaces!

My wife and I have been spending time in Ptown for over 20 years. We think its just a special little gem at the end of the Cape that is a great place to vacation!

Why they chose this property

We love Ptown and we love this location because it's on the beach while being right in the heart of things. There are always nice folks hanging on the deck to strike up converstaion with if you so choose. The sunsets are breath taking and if you're an early riser, the sunrise will wow you as well! All in all, it is quite a special space to spend time.

What makes this property unique

This unit is in the center of town, yet off the street so it feels more private. It is unique in that it has a large kitchen for a 1BR. So for those who prefer to cook dinners in house and eat on the deck over looking the bay, this is your unit! Plus, there is a small bonus room/office. The bedroom is a good size with ample closet and dresser space for your beach attire. We provide good quality linens and kitchen amenities to make you feel right at home. Whether sitting on the deck outside your front door or sitting on one of the 2 common decks, the water is always in view!
