About this property

Clean, Comfy, and Cozy Near Everything! (Family and Dogs Friendly:)

This beautiful home is located in Settler's Bridge Subdivision off of Eagle Rd. where all the action is. Shopping and restaurants, including the new Village Shopping Center are just a couple miles away.
Settler's Bridge Subdivision is a nice community in Meridian with parks for the kids and a beautiful swimming pool open in the summer months. Centrally located in the Treasure Valley, you can go to Boise, Nampa or Eagle in less than 30 minutes where you can enjoy the Boise River, hike the foothills, or walk the Boise Greenbelt. Bogus Basin Ski Resort is only an hour away and Eagle Island State Park is only 12 minutes away.

Enjoyed our stay very much. The property is very clean and well kept, with a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Quality bedding and linens were provided, as well as a full size gas bbq and patio furniture for your outdoor experience. The home also provides an office with printer if work is necessary. This house was perfect for our group with children. It was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, a high chair, and a pack n play crib.The neighborhood was quiet and walkable. It wasn’t warm enough to swim but there was a play set just down the street that our 3 and 4 year olds loved. There were no children’s plates or cups so everything was breakable. Be advised you may want to bring your own. The garage was accessible.
