Stunning views, super comfortable beds, most convenient location ever, quiet condo. Four adults who loved the easy access to pool and ocean. Easy to cook in the well equipped kitchen; great table for playing cards; great lighting for reading, never a problem parking. All these things made for a perfect vacation spot.

Long weekend on the beach

Accommodations were perfect. The two bedrooms and two baths were an ideal set up. Location was about 100 yards from the beach! Ocean and beautiful sunrise views. A lot of great dining options are a short drive away. I would definitely stay again!!

A Great Vaca!

The condo was very clean & nicely decorated. It was situated on a nice area of Amelia. Communication with Stacie was excellent. The only reason I gave a 4 Star on the property was because someone dropped a glass jar of salsa in one of the parking spaces & it stayed there for 2 days. I will definitely come again. Thanks!

Great Relaxing Stay

From the moment I booked communication with this host was exceptional. They provided lots of extra information (like a digital guestbook, text messages, etc.) The place was clean and I was really able to just relax. I felt the location was good. You can go to any side of the island within 10min. We were just looking for a place close to the beach to relax. We were looking for a low key holiday not filled with to much "stuff" This is exactly what we experienced. Thank you for letting us stay at your place

2023 Vacation

This was our 2nd time staying at Fernadina Beach and we LOVE it here. The condo was so clean and had everything that we needed. We always look for beach / ocean front and prefer the bottom floor and a pool. This was perfect! The maintenance guy was super nice and checked the lawn, pool, etc several times a day. We will definitely be saying here again… probably next year! ❤️

More than the beach

It was great sitting on the back porch at ground level watching sea turtles digging holes in the sand in the dunes to lay eggs. Rabbits hanging around eating in the dunes. I even saw a raccoon. Beautiful sunrises and a very short walk to the beach. Only problem there are 10 steps at the end of the boardwalk. Not handicap friendly.

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed the property and felt safe and comfortable in the unit. The overall property and process was perfect and seamless. We had no real issues whatsoever. The beachfront view was amazing. And we watched bunny rabbit and turtles roam the area all day. We had a minor issue with bathroom cleanliness. 1) I would ask that the shower curtain liners be changed they’re old and very dingy. Also the secondary bathroom (upfront) needed to be wiped with cleaning spray upon arrival. It didn’t smell clean - it needed a quick wipe down before unpacking and relaxing.

Wonderful vacation!

Just a few days before we were scheduled to leave for Amelia Island, we were notified that a change in unit was necessary. This made me uncomfortable and I was initially not happy. However, Stacie, Jaimee, & Pam quickly eased my concerns and the unit we were assigned was beautiful. We had several requests that were resolved in a timely and professional manner--including supplying the unit with a brand-new Keurig coffee maker. These 3 ladies exemplified customer service, which is so lacking in today's world. Thank you so much! We loved the location on the island and the proximity to the beach. We will certainly return!

First floor end unit is, easy access to the boardwalk and beach. Clean surroundings esp the pool area. I spent most of my time at the patio facing the ocean and listening to the surf, feels like heaven. The grill and lounge chairs are an added plus. Stacie was great responding to me quickly with my questions. The rooms and kitchen were clean and well supplied. We may come back in few months. Please be aware that they only provide one parking spot and there is no metered overnight parking in the entire Amelia Island.
