Amelia Island Ocean Front Ground Floor Condo- Construction Discount-Ends 10/1

2026 - Our building is under maintenance construction (new building walkways and railings) The maintenance is 8am - noon and 1-4 pm. Some days are more noisy than others. The work is on the parking lot side of the building, not the beach side. No work is done on the weekends or after 4:00 pm...unless its make up work from bad weather conditions. The nightly rate has been discounted from $360 a night down to $250 a night during the construction phase.

Experience a place where magnificent live oaks and Southern charm meet Florida’s warm ocean waves and white sand beaches. Located on a grand stretch of pristine coastline. Close to golf courses, kayaking, horseback riding, fishing ponds, walking and bike trails, surfing and sailing.

“This property is not part of Omni’s resort, and does not give you access to any Omni Hotel Resort privileges or amenities including the tennis courts and fitness center. ” This property is in the Sea Dunes complex which has it's own swimming pool and tennis courts. This is a privately owned property that is managed by its sole owners. It is however located inside the Omni Resort property.

We purchased this unit because it is one of the few units with vaulted ceilings and open floor plan.

What makes this property unique

The ground floor allows us immediate access to the beach and pool areas without having to deal with an elevator. The Plantation is 'The Place' on the Island for property owners and the values of properties on the Plantation are the best on the Island. The Plantation community, and specifically the Sea Dunes complex are first rate with many property owners residing year round in the Sea Dunes property. Direct access to the beach, trails and golf are what has drawn Matt and Angie to this magnificent location.
