Enjoy the peacefulness of El Cortez on Mustang Island, just three miles south of Port Aransas. This one-bedroom ground-floor condo is nestled within the tropical landscape and offers all of the amenities of home. The open living room is made up of a couch that doubles as a Queen sleeper sofa, two comfy rocker recliners and a TV. Open the front door and let sunlight shine through the glass storm door. The full kitchen is equipped with all things needed to prepare a meal with Corian countertops, crisp white cabinets and appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, dishes, basic pots, pans and utensils. Sit down for meals at the dining table with seating for four and four additional stools at the breakfast bar. The master bedroom (BR1) contains a King bed, nightstands, dresser for your beach attire, closet and TV. The ensuite bathroom holds a vanity, large tile shower and a full-size stackable washer and dryer for your use during your stay. Take in the ocean breeze while sitting out on the covered patio with your morning coffee or cold beverage. This complex offers a new golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach. After a day of fun at the beach, cool off in the shared pool or grill up snacks and dinner on the shared grills. El Cortez is just five minutes from Port Aransas offering a variety of restaurants, shops, nightlife and fishing charters.

Anniversary getaway on short notice

Clean and comfortable. Bed ok, needed full sized blanket and maybe a mattress topper. Beach access was ok, but led to a very crowded part of the beach. Check in and out process was efficient. Good value for price.

Cute weekend escape

Lovely escape in Port A next to Cinnamon Shore. The unit had everything we needed and enjoyed our trip. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach, and right next to Cinnamon Shore w/o the price-we we’re able to enjoy their restaurants, market, and coffee shop. Will be back!

Great Weekend

Property was very clean and stocked with what we needed. I do wish a broom would have been available to sweep the floors. Other than that had an excellent stay.

A Perfect Condo Stay

The condo was immaculate! No detail was overlooked. Even soap & shampoo were included. Having the washer & dryer in our unit was so convenient. The only thing that could have been better was the bed. It was too firm for our taste but the recliners and the sofa were excellent! Check in & checkout were smooth & easy.

Quiet Condo near the beach

Great place for our family that was close to the beach. We appreciated how clean the space was and the availability of a washer and dryer. The kitchen had all the major essentials. I’d recommend adding a large crockpot for guests. We also used the sofa bed and sheets were provided, however there weren’t any blankets for that bed so future guests should bring their own. The complex was very clean and quiet. The communicating from the leasing company was SUPERB!
