Spacious and clean 3/2 home in a quiet neighborhood near I-10. Spread out and relax in this large home with many amenities. Enjoy the huge eat-in kitchen that is fully stocked and has a walk-in pantry. There is a large 4-car paved driveway for ample parking adjacent to a culdesac on a dead end road with additional onzstreet overflow parking. Each bedroom has a tv with +100 built-in TV Guide based news, movie, weather, crime, reality, home & food, sports & outdoor, comedy, sci-fi, and more streaming channels and various streaming connected services connected to hoise-wide wifi. Clothes washer dryer, and dishwasher are included in the home. The primary bedroom has a large garden soaking tub and separate shower enclosure. This home is located close to amenities such as Wal-mart, Cinemark Bistro, various main-stream and local-favorate resturants,, Ward 3 public pool, basketball, workout gym, football and baseball fields, hospitals, and city commercial businesses. Located only minutes from Interstate-10 that guests can acess to be anywhere in Lake Charles within 10 - 15 minutes, including the casinos, civic center, lakefront boardwalk, Crying Eagle Brewhouse restaurant, and the newly opened Port Wonder Children's Museum & Nature Center thats all located on the lakefront boardwalk immediately adjacent to the public beach that's an excellent option for families or working professionals to enjoy an entire day of relaxing at the beach, touring the museum, and grabbing a bite to eat at the brewhouse restaurant or Gordon Ramsey Resturant within walking distance or a short drive over the bridge from the beach to the Ceasar's Horsehoe Casino from the beach.

FANTASTIC STAY & SERVICE

We rented this house for a full month while doing work in the Lake Charles Area. Our guys were very pleased with the the house as it was spacious , in great condition, and never had any issues. This proved to be a better place for our employees to stay long term rather than using hotels. Josh was also excellent and assisted with booking the house for an extended stay and was always readily ava available if we ever had questions or needed anything. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in the Lake Charles area!

Outstanding Rental House

Very pleased with the house and customer service. We have used this house rental for our employees to stay while working out of town for an extended period of time. We had all positive feedback from our guys throughout the 5 months that they were staying at the house. Josh was also a great host to work with. Highly recommend!

Close to down town and 35 miles to the Gulf

Excellent location. The pictures needed to be updated. We expected a working grill and better cookware and dishes. It was very minimalistic. The owner was very responsive to our needs and brought us a new small grill and cleaned the oven. As in other rentals, we were expecting maybe playing cards and game boards. There does need to be maintenance on the back deck that felt unsafe with missing railings. The owner agreed.

Wasn’t the cleanest, recliner living room was broken, back porch rail were broken, ceiling fan in living room almost came off the ceiling. Kitchen table was coming apart as well as chairs. Just wasn’t a 5 star stay. 3 was pushing it.

OWNER ATTENTIVE AND ACCOMODATING- UNIT IS HOMEY

The property was modern and clean. Area was safe for vehicles. Quiet area, and neighborhood does not have a lot of transient traffic. Wi-fi accommodates multiple laptops. TV's are wi-fi for ROKU and FIRESTICKS. Crew felt property was "a Home away from Home".
