House "Villa Nueva"<br>Welcome to our 3-star furnished tourist house!<br>Located between Ravine Blanche and Bois d'Olives, 5 minutes from the rum saga and 10 minutes from the city centre of Saint-Pierre, the sea and all amenities, in a quiet development, this fully equipped house is ideal for the families who stay there to discover our beautiful island and relax.<br>The accommodation<br>This fully equipped and thoughtfully furnished 3-bedroom house will allow you to comfortably accommodate 6 people thanks to its three air-conditioned bedrooms. You will feel at home from the moment you arrive.<br><br>On the ground floor you will have a living room, overlooking the terrace and the swimming pool, with a very comfortable sofa, a TV (quality internet connection thanks to fibre), an open kitchen and its dining area ideal for breakfast.<br>The first air-conditioned bedroom with its 160*200 bed, opens onto a small outdoor lounge.<br>The ground floor also has a shower room with WC.<br><br>The terrace and the swimming pool will allow you to swim, relax on the deckchairs, or share meals with family or friends.<br><br>The kitchen is fully equipped: coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, multifunction food processor, blender, small accessories and crockery.<br>A washing machine and an iron and ironing board are provided.<br><br><br>Upstairs you can enjoy the other two air-conditioned bedrooms and a shower room with WC.<br>The first bedroom has a 140*190 double bed and a desk, while the second bedroom you will have the choice between having 2 beds of 90*200 or transforming it into a large bed of 180*200.<br><br>Towels and bed linen are provided.<br><br>Our Villa has been classified as a 3* furnished tourist accommodation, a guarantee of quality, comfort and equipment.<br><br>For the comfort of all, this accommodation being located in a quiet housing estate, parties, parties and noise pollution are strictly prohibited.<br>Traveller access<br>- entire place<br>- Private space to park 1 vehicle

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, la maison est très bien équipée ! Seul bemol pour la piscine qui n'est pas chauffée (un peu froide pour le mois de juillet).

Nous mettons tout en œuvre pour que nos vacanciers ne manquent de rien. Malheureusement concernant la piscine, nous souhaitons limiter l'impact écologique et avons fait le choix de ne pas la chauffer.

Séjour agréable dans cette nouvelle villa

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa qui correspond bien à la description. Nous y avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Nathalie qui s’en occupe à merveille ! Tout était propre et bien entretenu. Pour ce qui est de l’emplacement une voiture est indispensable pour accéder facilement au supermarché et à la ville.

Location saisonnière agréable

Tout était parfait. Très calme pour le moment. Quelques suggestions : marmite à riz à rajouter et parasol pour les transats de piscine.
