Offering 3 stories of porches, take advantage of the island breezes and the Carolina sunshine.

You will love the open floor plan with combination living room and dining room, with an oversized dining table seating 12. The living room has a very open feel with plenty of seating for everyone and a large TV for entertainment. Just off the living room is a great wet bar with under the counter ice maker. The kitchen is just off the dining room and is outfitted with 2 dishwashers. Each of the 8 bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. There is a TV in every bedroom, 4 of the 8 bedrooms have TV with cable service remaining 4 bedrooms have smart TVs. This is a raised, 3 story home with an elevator that services all 3 floors.

Outdoors; relax and feel the island breezes on any of the 2 covered porches or lounge around the pool, climb the spiral staircase and watch the sunset from rooftop crow's nest. The pool area is very private and offers an outdoor shower, poolside grilling with a large outdoor dining table. Propane exchange available at our office during regular business hours.

Bed linens, towels and starter kit/ toiletries are included. 1 towel set per person is provided. Beach towels and beach chairs are not provided but are available through local Beach Chair and Umbrella Rentals. Keurig Coffee Maker provided.

Please do not allow unsupervised children on the rooftop

Misc. Property Notes:
Pool heating is available for flat fee of $350.00. Please pay when you book, we need at least 2 weeks notice for pool heating. The pool is heated by a heat pump, if the ambient air temperature drops below 58 degrees the pool will not heat. Temp must stay above 58 degrees. There are no refunds if the outside temp is below 58. Living room fireplace is not available for guest use.

Parking: The car cap for this home is 8. There are 2 extra parking spaces on the backside of the pool fencing. Please park in front of the signs/spaces designated for 1002 Carolina to prevent being towed.
