Charming little Provencal house in a very quiet residential complex on the edge of a rocky bay:
ideal as a small love nest!
The house has a panoramic terrace with a beautiful view of the bay of Cavalaire, which has one of the largest sandy bays of the Côte d´Azur (approx. 4 km), as well as the marina and the surrounding hills of the Massif des Maures (Mauren Mountains) Peak culminated at 528 meters.
At the back there is a very quiet garden terrace with a view of Cape Lardier at the other end of the bay.
There is a satellite system with German channels (Astra 19 °).
The sofa in the living room offers sleeping space for 2 more people.
Although there are plenty of parking spaces in the residential complex, the house has its own large private garage.
The city center, beach and marina can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes.
In the city center there is everything you need.
Every Wednesday there is a large Provencal street market in Cavalaire.
The sporting offer is large, especially water sports: sailing, jet-ski, wind-surf, diving, paddle board, deep sea fishing, etc.
The Massif des Maures offers very nice mountain bike tours and great hiking tours.
Cavalaire is halfway between Marseille and Nice (approx. 110 km in each direction).
If you leave Cavalaire there are also many beautiful things to discover:
Saint-Tropez with its beautiful old town, its port with luxurious yachts, its famous gendarmerie (greetings from Louis de Funès) and the many celebrities who spend their holidays there.
Port Grimaud, the little Venice of Provence.
Gassin one of the most beautiful villages in France with a breathtaking view of the Maritime Alps and the Gulf of Saint-Tropez
Medieval villages like Ramatuelle or Grimaud
In the Massif des Maures you can visit the Carthusian monastery de la Verne.
Gonfaron and its "turtle village"
You can take the ferry to the islands (Port-Cros has been a national park since 1963).
Rosé de Provence wine tasting in one of the many wineries around Saint-Tropez
Day trips are also no problem:
Toulon: one of the most beautiful bays with its military port (incl. Aircraft carrier)
Nice: its very beautiful old town and famous promenade

Très bon séjour

Depuis plusieurs années nous faisons le tour de France des plages.Nous pouvons dire qu'il y a eu de bonnes surprises comme des mauvaises sur tous nos séjours, cette année nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous toute en étant en vacance. Pour nous cette location prend la première place sur notre podium avec Argeles sur mer. Merci à nos hotes pour cette magnifique semaine.

Merci pour cette appréciation très positive. Afin qu'il n'y ait pas de confusion, je tiens simplement à rappeller que le stationnement dans la copropriété est gratuit et qu'un garage fermé est à disposition du locataire . Seul le stationnement en ville est payant.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Cavalaire-sur-Mer. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber,, liegt schön ruhig und bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht auf den Hafen. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos.

Kleine aber feine Perle am Mittelmeer

Wir haben Anfang September eine wundervolle Woche zu Dritt in dem Ferienhaus erlebt. Die Lage mit direktem Zugang zu der kleinen Privatbucht und den wenigen Schritten bis ins Zentrum von Cavalaire-Sur-Mer könnte nicht besser sein. Wir waren fast jeden Tag schnorcheln und haben uns in der vollwertig ausgestatteten Küche jeden Tag selbst versorgt. Die Ecklage des Hauses mit den umläufigen Terrassen erlaubt es je nach Wunsch die Sonne zu suchen oder auch zu meiden. Gekrönt wird alles mit dem Blick direkt aus dem Wohn-/Esszimmer auf die Bucht von Cavalaire.

Séjour septembre 2024 Cavalaire

Superbe séjour dans cette maison confortable avec belle vue sur le port et où rien de manquait. L'accès en contre bas à la calanque de Cron est le réel + ainsi que les restos du port(et commerces) à quelques centaines de mètres. Donc plongées quotidiennes dans la crique mais aussi sur les plages de sable des alentours, rando vélo électrique jusqu'à St Tropez, Ste Maxime, Port Grimaud, Croix Valmer (65km sans forcer avec des étapes apéro et lunch + visites(au départ de la Croix Valmer)). Le parcours snorkeling de Bonporteau était également chouette à faire. Petit saut au Lavandou était au programme. Bref poissons toute la semaine pour notre plaisir et bons rosés. Nous recommandons cet endroit stratégique :) Pascal&Virginie

Un vrai petit coin de paradis, une vue à ne jamais s’en lasser, un logement au top !

En vacances avec mes enfants 19 et 17 ans, nous avons découvert le logement de Christophe, nous étions tous les trois ravis. Tout était réuni pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances, dans un logement conforme à la description ou tout est pensé pour s’y sentir comme chez soi. Aussi bien l’équipement intérieur qu’extérieur tout est vraiment parfait. Le petit déjeuner avec la vue sur la calanque c’est juste waouhhhhh, c’est un lieu apaisant, avec ses deux terrasses ombre ou soleil on a l’embarras du choix. Un accueil chaleureux avec Maria qui est très réactive en cas de questions. C’était un excellent séjour qu’une hâte y revenir…

Seele baumeln lassen

Nach fast 2 Jahren ohne einen längeren Urlaub bei voller Arbeitstätigkeit waren wir sehr gespannt auf das gemietet Haus in Cavalaire. Auf Grund schlechter Erfahrungen in der Vergangenheit waren wir voll ausgerüstet mit Mückengittern und sogar mit einem Mückenschlafzelt. Die Ausstattung im Schlafzimmer mit modernen Fenstern, die mit fest installierten Mückengittern versehen waren, hat dazu geführt, dass in den 3 Wochen nicht eine Mücke Zugang zum Zimmer gefunden hat. Die Schlafsituation war einfach wunderbar…… zu hören war nur der Wind, die Vögel und in der Ferne die Brandung des Meeres. Wohnzimmer und Küche waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Auch für mich als leidenschaftlichen Koch war an Zubehör alles vorhanden, was eine gute Küche ausmacht. Zu unserer Freude ( eher zur Freude meiner Frau ) gab es sehr viele Schubladen und Ablagen, um auch kleine Dinge des Alltags zu verstauen. Fernseher, Satellit mit dt. Sendern und DVD-Player haben einwandfrei funktioniert; die sanitären Einrichtungen waren sehr gut. Mit dem Hauseigentümer und der Verwalterin fand eine sehr gute Kommunikation statt. Der schöne Blick auf das Meer und den Seglerhafen hat die Seele baumeln lassen. Leider ist der offizielle Zugang zu der Hausbucht schon seit einiger Zeit gesperrt aber…….. es hat sich ein “ Trampelpfad “ gebildet. Wir können das Haus für Personen, die ihren Urlaub in einem geschützten Ressort ruhig und gelassen verbringen möchten, nur sehr empfehlen. Eun-Young und Gunnar

Sehr schönes Haus mit traumhaften Blick

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben schön eingerichtet und der Blick auf die Bucht von Cavalaire ist wirklich schön. Der Ort und Hafen ist leicht zu Fuß in ca. 5 bis 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Es war rundum alles bestens!

Tolles Haus

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Residenz, am Osthang. Im unteren Geschoss befindet sich eine abschliessbare Garage. Im mittleren Geschoss ein Wohnzimmer mit Ausziehsofa, Essecke, Bad und WC, sowie einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Vom Balkon aus sieht man Richtung Hafen. Über eine Spindeltreppe (oder aussenrum) gelangt man zum Schlafzimmer. Dieses hat einen direkten Ausgang zur Terasse, von welcher man Richtung Süden das Meer sieht. Das Ortszentrum ist in wenigen Minuten fussläufig erreichbar. Gute und günstige Busverbindungen zum Beispiel nach St. Tropez oder Toulon. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, wir empfehlen das Haus gerne.

Sehr charmantes Häuschen

Alles bestens! Ruhige Lage mit Meeresblick. Man ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten mitten im Leben, am Hafen. Einkaufen ist fußläufig möglich (durch die Hanglage sollte man aber einigermaßen gut zu Fuß sein). Gleichzeitig hat man im Haus / auf dem Balkon / der Terrasse himmlische Ruhe. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich. Es befindet sich in einer Wohnanlage mit etwa 60 Häuschen / Wohnungen, von denen der überwiegende Teil fest bewohnt zu sein scheint - es wirkt so, als würde nur ein Teil als Ferienwohnung genutzt werden. Durch die geschickte Bauweise und die tolle, üppige Bepflanzung ist trotz der Nähe zueinander jede Wohnung / jedes Haus ein eigenes kleines Universum, in dem man sich völlig ungestört fühlt.

Herrlich zum entspannen!

Sehr schöne Blicke aufs Meer und den Ort von den zwei Terrassen. Umgeben von viel Grün. Schöne gut ausgestattete Wohnung wie auf den Bildern. Tolles klares Meer in der kleinen Bucht oder einem der Sandstrände im Ferienort oder der Umgebung.

Très bien !

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle. Calme et emplacement idéal pour profiter de la calanque tout en étant proche du centre ville. Un masque de plongée permet de voir poissons, étoiles de mer et poulpe (avec un peu de chance). Un casino pour les courses et un casino pour les jeux, que demander de mieux !

Direkt am Meer, ruhig und zentrumsnah

Gehobene Ferienwohnung mit Garage und zwei Terrassen in privater Reihenhaussiedlung auf fast höchstem Punkt einer Anhöhe mit sehr guten Aussichten auf die Berge, das Meer und vor allem den Hafen mit Riesenrad. Fast private Badebucht in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die Innenstadt in 5 Minuten. Geschlossenes Grundstück, kein Durchgangsverkehr o.ä., sehr ruhig.
