The unit is located in the tranquil mid-lake community of Timberloft Village, one of the hottest fishing spots on the lake and less than a mile from the sandy shores of Deep Creek Lake State Park, hiking and mountain biking trails, Silver Tree Marina and the Honi Honi Bar. For skiing and sight seeing fans, Wisp Ski Resort is only 4.5 miles away and Swallow Falls State Park , the beautiful scenic trails with amazing waterfalls is only 5.7 miles away. Loves outdoor activities, including, mountain biking, boating and skiing. Suha (Mom), is an enterprise account executive that thrives on building relationships with her clients and helping them find success through technology. Loves walking, running, hiking and sun bathing. Yasmine (eldest child) graduate from JMU and now a career lady herself. Loves walking, traveling and hanging with friends. Lilly (middle child) is a senior in college and plays D1 lacrosse. Loves wake surfing, fashion and reading a good book. Evan (the youngest child, but tallest one in the family) is a Freshman in college and plays D1 lacrosse. Loves following all sports, enjoys wake surfing and snow boarding.

What makes this property unique

In the center of the lake, which provides easy travel to all points of lake attraction and within walking distance to prime restaurants and the local food market. One of the best spots on the lake for fishing and within walking distance to the state park for hiking or mountain biking. Community tennis court that is also lined for two pickle ball courts. Pickleball nets roll to center court and equipment is provided at the house.
