WOW If you are reading this review to decide whether or not to stay here, stay. You will not be sorry!!! High End is an understatement. My kids kept finding things around the place and saying " Look, this is what rich people have" It became a running joke for the first few days. The balcony looking out over the lake was heaven. That is where I spent almost every day. The view is breathtaking. It is very quiet there and right on the water. We could not have had a better time. It was absolutely wonderful. My adult children went begrudgingly , but each one, at separate times told me how wonderful they thought the place was. My daughter said "Mom you always find the greatest places to stay on vacation."

Fantastic! Sunny Escape 2 is perfectly situated on the lake, the location is ideal for finding anything locally you may need for your stay and traveling to places of interest you have on your itinerary. Mike is super easy to work with and answers ALL your questions promptly. Even the easy, no need to ask ones! The house itself is clean, laid out nicely with wonderful lake views and has everything you might need in the kitchen. The exercise room is certainly something you don't find everywhere! We enjoyed a great week with our family at Sunny Escape 2 and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you, Mike for helping us create some lasting memories!

We had a blast staying at Sunny Escape 2 and couldn’t be happier with the house and property. Mike was an excellent host and very prompt with any and all communication. We highly recommend this house for its amenities and the fact it is lakeside and pet friendly. Hope to be able to stay again in the future.

I was so happy with this beautiful home right on the lake. The house was newly renovated with all of the modern conveniences. The house was also immaculate - very clean and nicely decorated. Access to the lake was ideal. We rented a boat at the nearby marina and docked it at the house. It was wonderful enjoying the lake in the boat as well as from the deck overlooking the lake. The host, Mike, was very responsive and informative. I greatly appreciated his advice about the area as well as his attention to issues related to the house. It’s great that I could bring my three dogs. They loved the property, especially the fenced in area overlooking the lake. It was a perfect setting for a family with dogs. We loved our stay so much! Thank you, Mike!!!

Michael was a fantastic host—very communicative, responsive, and accommodating in preparation for our stay. The home was beautiful, well maintained, and conveniently located near all the amenities we needed. It was also extremely well stocked with everything we could have asked for. We had an excellent stay at Mike’s lake house. The photos don’t do the home justice. It’s such a beautiful spot to leaf peep and enjoy lake activities. The home was clean, spacious and fun for all. Would definitely stay again.

Sunny Escape 2 is an amazing property on Deep Creek Lake! We truly enjoyed our week on the lake and the property had everything we could ask for! The owner was always extremely responsive and able to handle of our needs and answer our questions! We can't wait to return next year!
