Maison fonctionnelle, belle piscine, eau agréable, emplacement proche du centre et des commerces… Les services de la conciergerie sont très professionnels et de qualité. La mise à disposition des vélos est fort appréciable. La cuisine est annoncée comme « professionnelle ». Or, ce n’est pas le cas. Manque de nombreux éléments (verres, casseroles, fait tout…). La table en verre (pas optimale…soleil), les chaises noires, l’étendoir à linge datent…et méritent amplement d’être remplacés. Absence de balai…Nous avons dû acheter une nappe et un balai. De plus, dans la présentation de la maison, on annonce une capacité de 8 personnes ce qui est le cas mais de manière séparée (6+2) avec le studio indépendant d’où les difficultés à se retrouver à 8 autour d’une table prévue pour 6.
