Great size condo. Location is fantastic. We love Navarre beach and Navarre Towers. This condo is showing its age and could use some fish towels dish cloths and hair dryers. We would stay here again.

Navarre Towers, 304

Very roomy, loved the balconies and view. Condo is in need of maintenance: ceiling peeling in bathroom, needed to be dusted everywhere, cabinet door off hinges, floor peeling up in areas, ceiling fan in one bedroom rickety. Kitchen not well equipped, had to go to dollar tree and purchase wine glasses. Barely enough silverware for 6 guests. Location was fantastic.

Great location_ Mediocre Condo

This condo location and size was perfect for our family. However, the sellers have a lot of deferred maintenance. The kitchen faucet was leaking bad and the condo manager had it replaced fairly quick., The problem is there is a large amount of mold under the sink area. Several members of our group are very allergic to mold and it did start affecting our health. Also there is mildew in all 3 bathrooms. The large sliding door going to the balcony is nearly impossible to open. We tried cleaning out the track but we felt we shouldn't have to go in and clean up the place. The floors were dirty and our feet were filthy by the end of the first night. In one of the bedrooms the springs were poking into us and made it hard to sleep. In one of the bedrooms we tried to put clothes in the drawers and the drawers fell in and made it impossible to use it also several torn up pieces of furntiure. This unit just felt old and neglected and needs updated furniture . Overall just a mediocre experience. The sellers really need to spend some time at this unit and try to experience what their tenants do. will not stay at this unit again but this location is great.

We stay at Navarre Towers every year, this is the most outdated condo we have stayed in.

There was terrible functionality in this condo. From master bedrooms with a full size bed! To barely any utensils in the kitchen. The overall condo is outdated and sparse. The cabinets are filled with a bunch of random old decor and the drawers were filled with crumbs from previous renters. Unfortunately not a unit I would willingly pay the amount we paid ever again.

Spacious, bright, good floor plan. . Needs improvement in deep cleaning. Less glassware, breakable. Towel racks missing in bathroom. No start up kit as with all other places; small detergent, paper towels. Stoppers did not work or were nonexistent in the bathrooms. Just needed some TLC; paint touch up, cabinet doors repaired or removed.

Large condo, great location

This condo is in the perfect location and can fit a large family like mine. We had plenty of room to spread out & having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus! We loved being right on the water and 2 balconies were awesome to sit on and watch the ocean. The location was perfect and it was nice to be away from the crowds that are closer to the pier. The owners answered my questions quickly and were very easy to work with. The condo is sparsely outfitted with supplies. It does have a kitchen full of dishes and cookware & plenty of towels, but that was the extent of supplies. Coming from far away this just means more things to pack for the trip (beach towels, chairs, paper products, etc.). I would definitely again because it's such a lovely place & the view is incredible.

Not clean, shortage of bath towels and kitchen ware needs updating. Also needs a recliner.

I was very disappointed in the condo especially the cleanliness of it. We will not stay here again.

Terri, We check the units after each cleaning, it was clean. We ask that each guest check the property at check in and if there are any issues , to report them so they can be addressed. You did not report any issues. Here is what we found ; after you checked out, there was pet hair scattered throughout the unit. Pets are not allowed. We reached out to you via email with no response. So, your response now is to talk about the cleanliness of the property after your pet made the mess.

First trip to Navarre

Extremely pleased with this condo! It’s not always easy to find somewhere to house all 7 of us together but this was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beach wasn’t crowded at all which was an added bonus.

Great view but in need of updates!.

We have been coming to Navarre Towers for years. I feel the unit we were in, 304, really needs an update to kitchen and all the bathrooms. I will not rent this unit again for the price I paid. The other three bedroom units I’ve been in are much nicer.
