Always a great time at Beach Colony West and East

The only downside was that the elevators were acting up the whole time.

Clean property. Table on balcony was not there at beginning but someone brought one later in the week. Kitchen had good dishes but could use a few more pots and pans for those of us that eat in a lot. Will consider staying again as we have family that live there.

Fabulous Condo.

We loved the condo and the property manager was very helpful. We loved our vacation, our only complaint was the the clothes dryer didn't seem to dry the clothes too well and the washer had many rusted sections. However, everything else was wonderful!

Loved location and condo was efficient and beautiful. One issue was the floors. Even after we swept them, our feet would be black as clay after walking on floors. Perhaps housekeeping is not mopping them with good cleaner.

Navarre Beach Rentals information did not match Beach Colonies staff information. NBR should educate themselves more on HOA policies. Cooking supplies were damaged and not adequate. Cabinets were bare. Views great, appliances worked. Master Bed was uncomfortable. Stayed in several Beach Colony condos and this one ranks near the bottom. Come prepared to spend a lot of money on things normally provided if you stay at this condo.

It was clean and well-maintained with great views of the pool and ocean! The pool area was beautiful and very well maintained. We appreciated the staff oversight of the pool area (checking arm bands and making everyone stay safe). Management provided all details before we arrived and no other contact was needed. The elevators worked great for our entire stay. There are several great restaurants close by including Dewey Destins (our favorite) and Windjammers on the pier. Thanks for another great vacation!

We only got to enjoy Navarre beach one day and had to drive to different beaches the rest of our trip. All the pictures I had seen prior to our trip showed beautiful water. The condo was a little let down from what the pictures looked like online but it served its purpose. It could really use some updating. We had an issue upon arrival and the staff member (Barry) was a complete jerk. All of our bed linens had spots of blood and we requested them to be changed and you would have thought we were asking for the world. He had such an attitude and slammed our door every time he would exit. It appeared as if the person who made the beds cut their finger unknowingly. Barry pushed back and didn’t want to change all linens. We told him we would not be sleeping on them. He eventually changed the linens. He came in with such an attitude and it was a horrible first impression of the place. He tried saying it was from the wash but you could see clearly it was fresh. The pool was really nice and the property was good but just needs updating. It was definitely different compared to the pictures online. I would go back though as long as the beach was clear. The area is a good location and seems safe.

Beautiful house and Great location.

This property is located right on the beach. The host is kind and easy to communicate with. The house is very nice and has very good insulation. When the door opens you can hear the sound of rolling waves and wind, but when the door closes it provides great blocking of the noise from outside. They also provide all cooking appliances including toaster, blender, waffle maker, ice cream scoop, can opener, ect. They also provide initial paper towels, toilet tissues, laundry detergent and 2 bags of ice. They have combination key lock, which allowed for easy access from all the family members without needing a key. Remember to lock the door from inside every time you get out of the house, or else the door is unlocked and you can open it from outside. 2 beach chairs and an umbrella are included. The sea floor has a little bit high slope and stepping, then the waves are so strong. We cannot go far more than our hip, especially when you have kids, standing at knee level water but waves can slap on your face and made you fall down. Overall, if you are kind of person who like to seat on beach chairs to relax and hearing the ocean waving sound, or lay down on the beach for tanning nor play with sand, this beach, this property are perfect for you.

We loved our condo with the view right off the beach on the 14th floor. Location was great, the amenities for the kitchen was very minimum and could use a few more things to make cooking a bit easier but we managed. The refrigerator may need to be replaced. We had it on the lowest setting and it kept freezing our produce. Not good. Had to figure out the right shelf so it wouldn't do that. Loved the layout of the condo! Very comfortable. There were a few things that could have been cleaned better but overall, it was clean. The ceiling in the dining room and kitchen by the heating vents needs to be cleaned, You can see the trail of dust along the ceiling. Just a minor clean would be great. I think the condo needs a new vacuum. We didn't use the one in the condo cuz of the hair in the brush. It just didn't feel clean so I kept borrowing the new one my sister got so we could keep the floor clean. We did have to sweep the floor when we first got there. That could be addressed to the cleaners, to make sure the floors are done. That sand! :) But overall, the bathrooms were clean, linens were clean. Just those minor things we wanted to mention for attention. We would highly recommend Beach Resort to family and friends. It was so great!! Loved that there were stores for groceries close by, a couple restaurants, sidewalks for walking and of course, the best part was the beach!!! Walking there, looking for shells, etc. Loved it! Loved the quieter area, more laid back. Thank you so much for your hospitality and hopefully we'll be back someday.

We also noted that all the toilet paper rolls were half used requiring us to buy more. Main kitchen appliances are lacking and where the curtains had been removed over the doors needs to be patched and painted. The condo was spacious and beachfront views gorgeous. New living area furniture needs to be considered.
