The space is tastefully decorated! It has two bedrooms with a Queen, Day bed with trundle, a Queen sofa bed in the living room, & sleeps 6. It has parking & private entry, full kitchen, dining and living room with private full bath, Dish-network TV in each bedroom & living room.

Forest Lake is a quaint town 30 minutes from both downtowns of the twin cities. It’s close to the Blaine airport, sports center+Running Aces Casino. It has several shops+ restaurants+ a beach area on Forest Lake!

This is a beautiful, spacious, cozy, self contained apartment with fast WIFI! It’s tastefully decorated and gives you the feeling of a home away from home. The kitchen has pots and pans, utensils, Keurig Coffee Maker, full size refrigerator, stove with oven and a dishwasher. It’s also equipped with washer and dryer and a fire place in the living room!

Only the apartment downstairs and not the rest of the house.
It has a private keyless entry. A code will be assigned prior to guest arrival

Beautiful space with comfortable beds, clean linens and towels. Pack and play available for guests who need it!

This place was absolutely perfect. Very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. Had everything you could need/want and more and the hosts were wonderful! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Stay!

Amazing property!

The property was super clean and well maintained. It had everything that we needed for our quick stay in Forest Lake! Ed & Christine communicated very well with us and made the check in and check out process very easy. We hope to stay there again for our next visit to Forest Lake!

Beautiful space and gracious hosts!

Ed and Christine were great! Extremely accommodating. The space was beautiful and clean. The neighborhood was in a great community and very quiet. I would stay again if ever in the area!

Lovely visit

Check in was very nice My father was greeted at check in. Welcome home! So friendly very beautiful, walking in was home away from home. I will certainly be reaching out to this property mother in law suite. They made sure to ask if there was anything we needed on the stay. Certainly have an amazing set-up .

Great Place, Wonderful Hosts. Super simple check out list. The laundry had to be the quietest that I have ever used. I actually thought my son did not start it, but it was running. Good Size for us. TV in every room. If I'm back again, I will stay here. - Thanks!

Property was clean, private, well furnished, and had very comfortable beds. Parking was right at the property. Manager was very accessible and friendly but no needs came up during our visit. We would stay again if visiting the area again. Everything about the property was great but please note, access is thru exterior stairs around backside of building so access for anyone with mobility issues may be a concern. But steps are broad and shallow, not steep, so that helps.

Very Amazing

It doesn't matter how nice of a place you rent if the communication from the host is lacking. That's what makes this rental that much better, since it IS a very nice place AND Edward's communication is top notch. Very easy and clear instructions for check in, there's a book for what's in the area and check out instructions . There's laundry and dishwasher available, basically all the amenities you could need. Edward was a day ahead with check-in instructions and a day ahead with a nice reminder about check out time, and just a nice guy anyway. It was a pleasure to stay here and if available I would definately stay here again!

Suggestions

I would like to suggest: baskets or totes be placed in the bathroom closet to put toiletries in because they do not stay in place on the wire shelves; add a handrail along the sidewalk for safety; a recliner would be extremely helpful (husband has a back bad and needs to sleep in a recliner); recommend reviewing the heating situation as the owners upstairs get too hot if the furnace was used.
