About this property

Open Water View from porch , golf cart, dock, bikes, kayaks, trailer parking

This beautifully furnished, clean, well-stocked modern house is located in Venture Out, a private residential community in the fabulous Florida Keys. A golf cart is included for you to navigate the resort! We supply basic supplies to get you started.
The house has direct ocean access for the serious fisherman. Keep your boat on our concrete dock with water and electric on the dock as well as a nice fish cleaning station. We also included an off-site spot for your trailer. The fishing here is outstanding- Depending on the season, Sailfish, Dolphin, Marlin, Grouper, Hogfish, Snapper and all species of reef fish and world class Tarpon fishing.

Snorkeling and diving at Looe Key Reef, many wrecks, and the back country are all readily accessible. There are commercial dive and snorkel trips available within a few miles of the resort. We have lots of snorkel gear for you to use!

The property features a private sandy beach, a large, heated pool plus a kiddie's pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, pickle ball, bocce, etc. there is plenty to do while you are here.
We also have 4 bicycles, two kayaks and a paddle board at the house.

The marina offers gas pumps, boat ramps, pressure washers to wash down your boat and trailer, and air pumps for your tires!

Of course, Key West has much to offer with all of its unique festivals such as Fantasy Fest, Goombay, Goombay, Hemingway Days, etc.
Marathon has the famous Turtle Hospital and the Dolphin Research center where you can swim with the dolphins.

Please be advised that there is an amenities fee of $125. that gets paid directly to the Venture Out upon check in (this is not an owner charge this is a condo association charge for use.

Also be advised that we have a security camera under the house facing the dock. you will see it directly above the lockbox.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, spotless home in Cudjoe Key. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing family getaway. Melanie was wonderful—easy to reach, accommodating, and always quick to respond. The location was perfect and the home felt welcoming and well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Plenty of room for a family of 4 ( includes 2 teens). Well stocked kitchen and very clean. The best was catching fish right off the back of the house. We look forward to planning a return trip.

Excellent location!

Spent a wonderful week here with our teen daughter. Loved having the option of riding bikes down to the pool. The location was perfect, right between Key West and Marathon Key. We found fun adventures within a short drive each day. Also enjoyed getting to know other people who were staying in the gated community resort! We’d love to come back!

The house was perfect! Very tastefully decorated and comfortable. Beach towels and beach chairs, fins and snorkels are ready to go!! Gated community and Security in the neighborhood made us feel safe. Pool and hot tub are GREAT! The canal was so relaxing. Small grocery store and boat ramp and dockage available in the neighborhood.Thoroughly enjoyed the trip! I’m going back!

Excellent Spot in the Keys

I don't have enough space to write the things I loved about this stay!! The house is perfect. Literally. The bathroom is adorable. The shower is awesome, the beds are PHENOMENAL!!! The views are amazing, the resort is perfect. I just loved everything. The couch was comfy, the dock box was full of stuff to use like snorkels and masks and noodles, etc. Thanks so much, Melanie. You've done a great job on your home. :)

Property was well stocked with everything you need. Great location. Only minor thing was had to fill out same paperwork 2-3 times when checking in because they didn’t have it… assuming it was a communication issue between host and security. All in all I would highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

This upscale home is meticulously maintained, well stocked and beautifully decorated. We also pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our home. We even wash bedspreads every time!
The house bright and airy and comfortably furnished and looks down the canal to the open water! We even have brand new plus beds, one king size, one queen.

What makes this property unique

The home is located on a nice wide canal with direct open water access for boaters. Keep your boat right in front of the house at the beautiful concrete dock with water , power, and a fish cleaning station. there is also a bait freezer for your convenience. There are two double wide boat ramps, a marina with fuel, and a convenience store on the property. Other r boater friendly features include a pressure washer to clean up your boat an trailer and an air compressor for maintaining your tires. The use of these facilities is included with your amenities fee.
Our house is located within venture out and the amenities charge is $107.50 at the gate for the use of it’s facilities.
The fishing here is outstanding. Depending on the season, Sailfish, Dolphin, Marlin, all species of reef fish and world class Tarpon fishing.
