Ocean views from the dock and porch! Dock amenities include dock posts, cleats and fish cleaning table. Covered porch with comfortable lounging furniture overlooking the water. Interior features tile flooring, mounted living room flat screen TV, full line of appliances, washer, dryer, ceiling fans and central A/C. Sleeping accommodations include a Queen size bed in the Master bedroom and a private bathroom, a Queen bed in the Guest bedroom. Additional sleeping accommodations include a sleeper sofa in the living room. Downstairs features access to a secure storage room, 2 bikes, bait freezer and covered parking. Additional amenities include in-home free WIFI, basic cable, and gas grill.

As long time visitors of the keys, we have stayed at all kinds and levels of places. Typically we stay in key west but wanted to try something different this trip. Overall, we could'nt have been happier. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. The location on the canal was perfect, allowing us easy access for our paddleboards and use of a rental boat. The view down the canal made for great sunrises and the elevated property made for a great place to relax underneath and hangout by the water. The house has a brand new propane grill and all amenities you could need. The community was secure, everyone was friendly, and there seemed to be fun activities always happening. The homeowners, Art and Sue were great to deal with. Even after an issue arose on our part, they were super understanding and accommodating.

We truly had a Thanksgiving to remember at Sue & Art's in Cudjoe Key. Booked it due to it being on the water and had a place for our boat, the two bed/bath was perfect for us and another couple. Everything about this place was wonderful, well stocked in all aspects including the kitchen!

had a wonderful time in Cudjoe Key with grands letting them experience Florida with snorkeling, swimming with dolphins and lots of boating. our place was beautiful and had everything. Venture Out has all the amenities anyone would need! The pool was great, community store had all the basics as well as an easy boat ramp with fuel access. The accommodations were perfect, we had a 2/2 fully furnished included all the essentials in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms . Nicely decorated and very clean. We hope to be back next year! What makes this property unique

Venture Out is a gate community on Cudjoe Key in the Florida Keys. We are located at Mile Marker 23, approximately half way between Marathon and Key West. It is a safe and secure community with 24 hour manned gated access and has amenities that cater to families, fishermen, and children.

Our amenities include a large heated pool, heated children's pool, hot tub, salt-water swimming area as well as basketball, pickle ball, bocce, and tennis courts. It’s a short ride by boat or car to Mile Marker Zero and all the unique stuff that Key West has to offer.

From the dock behind any waterfront unit it’s a 5 minute idle out of the canal to the Kemp Channel. From there it’s a well marked run of less than 10 miles to American Shoals and the Looe Key Marine Sanctuary, about 15 miles to the 100 fathom curve and 25 miles to the Continental Shelf. Turning North out of the canal, the Kemp Channel will take you under US 1 and into the back country for an alternative to open water fishing and diving. There are numerous dive shops located close by offering full diving services. The Bahia Honda Bridges and beaches lie less than 15 miles east.

There are two double-wide boat ramps, marine fuel, bait and a convenience store located on site. Other boater-friendly features include a pressure washer to clean up your boat and trailer, and an air compressor for maintaining tire pressure. The use of the ramps, pressure washer and air compressor are free to residents and renters.

The fishing here is outstanding. Depending on the season, Sails, Dolphin, all species of reef fish and world class Tarpon fishing are just a short boat ride away from the dock.

Snorkeling and diving at the Looe Key reef, wrecks and in the back-country are also readily accessible.
