Truely Amazing!

We got all excited when we booked based on the pictures and recommendations, but this is nothing compared to actually being there: the view overlooking Hout Bay and the surrounding mountains is priceless. The house is very well designed, spacious and nothing is missing...pool, outside Gas-BBQ, sonos/spotify music system, you name it - it's there. All is of high quality and you feel that the owners have put in a lot of time and money to have it perfect for their own use. Communication, handover and support all worked well. Our family loved the house and I predict that this will not have been be the last time we stay there! Thank you for sharing your wonderful property!

Super tolle Luxusvilla

Wenn man Luxus bucht, dann bekommt man diesen auch in dieser extrem schönen Villa ! Alle Angaben im Online-Inserat wurden zu 100 % erfüllt. Die Bilder sprechen für sich..... Sehr gepflegte saubere Villa. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Betreuung vor und während unserem Urlaub war excellent ! Wir würden sofort wieder diese Villa buchen! Viel Spass hatten wir mit der Hundedame, der Nachbarvilla, genannt Sporty... Ein Besuch im besten Restaurant Afrikas " The Test Kitchen " in Cape Town , ist ein MUSS !!! Wir kommen wieder....... ;-)

Einchecken und Entspannen..

Dieses Ferienhaus ist einfach umwerfend, die Lage, die Architektur und Einrichtung sind grandios! Anfang März durften wir in diesem tollen "Ferienhaus" (Villa trifft es schon besser) unseren Urlaub genießen. Das Haus ist in klasse Zustand, und hervorragend Ausgestattet (Küche nur 1a Geräte und tolles Gecshirr) alles ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Wenn man bei schlechtem Wetter mal zu Hause bleiben möchte hat man eine riesige Buch- sowie DVD-Collection zur Auswahl um sich die Zeit zu vertreiben.. Zilpa, die Maid kümmert sich um alles. Wir haben uns das Haus zu zweit gegönnt... natürlich ist es für uns alleine etwas groß (was uns aber nicht stört). Das Security Estate liegt in den Bergen von Haut Bay von wo aus man einen wunderbaren Blick über die Bay hat. Die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrase sind grandios. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag ist evtl. der im März doch relativ kalte Pool, eine Solaranlage zum heizen des Pools wäre noch ein Gooddie obendrauf, aber wie gesagt, das ist nicht der Rede wert. Alles in Allem TOP, wir kommen gerne wieder und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The place to be

We stayed the week after eastern in this wonderful calm villa. Despite the fact that this is already autumn in SA we had absolutely wonderful weather conditions; sun, sun, sun. The architecture of the house is outstanding, beside the views you can see from the pictures – reality will top this - the house is one of the rare examples of a butterfly roof, which brings light into every corner of it, it is almost like living in a house outdoor. Zula the maid was stunning while cleaning the house perfectly she did all our laundry, no stress at home. Access to Table Mountain Cable Car, penguin bay (Boulders Beach), Cape Town Waterfront etc. is only up to 20min; beaches in Hout Bay, Llandudno, and Camps Bay are even closer within 5 to 10 min reach. So if you are looking for a residence to visit greater Cape Town area The Pine View is the place to be, but be careful one week might proof not enough. See you next time … Oops! One point left, security is not an issue here!

Ein absoluter Traum

Wir haben mit unserer Familie (2 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene) sowie mit Freunden Anfang des Jahres dort einen wunderbaren Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist modern , mit traumhaftem Blick über die Bucht von Hout Bay. Wir habe es sehr genossen den Terassenbereich zu öffnen und quasi vom Wohnzimmer in den Pool zu hüpfen. Das Haus ist top-gepflegt , mit wunderschönen Bädern, großer Küche und einem großen Garten für Kinder. Weiterhin konnten wir diverse Freunde im Gästebereich unterbringen , so dass jeder auch seinen eigenen Rückzugsbereich hatte. Hout Bay ist ein süßes Städtchen mit guten Restaurants und besonders zu empfehlend ist das Mittagessen am Sonntag im Chapman's Peak Hotel . Ansonsten ein Katzensprung nach Camps Bay und Kapstadt. Wir haben schon wieder den nächsten Urlaub gebucht -:).

Ein Traum.

Wir haben eine traumhaft schöne Zeit mit unserer Großfamilie (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Villa ist wirklich einzigartig - der Blick ist überwältigend, sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts. Die Beschreibung des Hauses hält in jeder Hinsicht, was sie verspricht. Im Haus selbst haben wir uns alle unglaublich wohl gefühlt. Neben vielen Annehmlichkeiten, wie z.B. eine sehr gute und qualitativ hohe Ausstattung, jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer, sehr gepflegter Zustand, bietet es zudem eine gute Rückzugsmöglichkeit im unteren Bereich. Auch für unsere Kinder bot das Haus und das Estate eine schöne und behütete Bewegungsfreiheit. Die Lage hat etwas "Erhabenes". Zudem haben wir es sehr genossen, überall hin kurze Wege oder gute Anbindungen zu haben. Zu jedem Zeitpunkt fühlten wir uns sehr gut betreut und willkommen. Ob wir dieses Domizil weiterempfehlen würden? Wir kommen wieder. Es ist ein Traum.

Nothing less but perfect!

We have seen many houses in the area - but this is certainly the most spectacular. The pictures do not do the view justice; it is actually much better. The house is located at the top end of the estate, so nothing spoils the outlook. The outer design is very balanced, so although the house is huge it does not come across as being pretentious. The interior is extremely classy and stylish but at the same time pure and unintrusive, exactly the way we like it. It is only a couple of minutes to Llandudno beach and to Camps Bay, so the location could not be any better. The entire estate seems to be extremely safe. The staff is very friendly and although the security system is obviously good, you do not have the feeling of driving into a fortress. To make it short: The perfect holiday home at the Cape!
