Walk to the Beach from a Cape Dutch Heritage Bungalow
Uber luxurious three bedroom heritage house with a sun deck, a garden, a fire place, latest security features and a stunning location in Green Point in downtown Cape Town with its trendy, cafe-styled streets and urban village lifestyle. It is a 5 minutes walk from the ocean, its beaches, the promenade, the stunning Green Point park and scores of shops, cafes and restaurants. It is a 15 minutes walk or a 5-7 minutes drive to V&A Waterfront, Camps Bay, Table Mountain, Long Street & Sea Point.
Our home is a cozy spot up the slopes of Signal hill, a part of Table Mountain National Park right in the middle of Atlantic Seaboard in downtown Cape Town. Its smack bang in town yet on a quiet, leafy street, a 5 minute walk to the trendy, cafe-styled streets and urban village lifestyle of Green Point. It is a 5-7 minute drive from V&A Waterfront, Table Mountain and the stunning white beaches of Camps Bay. Also, it is situated smack bang in the middle of the nightlife districts at Long Street and Sea Point. Our home has 3 bed rooms and 2 luxurious bathrooms. Our home has two lounges - one with a fireplace and another around the TV which can be converted into a 4th bedroom for one person if needed and upon request. Our favorite part is the area outside which has a little pond, a sun deck, patio and a little garden.
The property is a heritage structure and its garage can accommodate one normal size sedan (for e.g. a Hyundai Accent) but not large or tall vehicles. If you've got one of the large ones then you can always park on the street in front of the garage.

I just graduated to receive an MBA degree from the London School of Economics and have over 20 years of work experience with global firms across many locations globally. I love using Home Rentals when I travel and have been doing so since many years now so I thought why not use the extra place I own in Cape Town and offer it to travelers who enjoy the Home Rental experience too. So, here you are!
