A renovated 65-square-meter house in a charming, quiet area. Ideally located 100 metres from the beach. You can do everything on foot—shops and restaurants are nearby. The house is in a quiet location, set at the end of a private courtyard. The interior has been redecorated to ensure our guests feel right at home. Perfect for families. Ideal location. Single-story accommodation featuring two bedrooms, a bright living/dining room, a comfortable shower room, and a well-maintained garden with a patio and outdoor furniture, a shed with bicycles available for use, a barbecue, and outdoor furnishings: lounge chairs, outdoor chair covers, etc. Parties are not allowed; we ask that you respect the quiet of this area. We make up the beds and provide bath towels. A key box is located at the entrance to the property. The property is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, yet remains close to city centre and the beach. Ideal location.
