This cabin was a great place that fit our needs perfectly. Amanda was so quick to respond to all my questions. We had a wonderful time and would definitely go back! There's so much we didn’t get to see yet in the Red River Gorge area! So beautiful!
This container cabin is exceptional and I highly recommend it. It has everything you need and is clean and cozy. As a bonus its location makes it feel like you’re in a treehouse! Communication with the host is also top notch. If you’re looking for a place, look not further and book this one.
The container-cabin was very clean and was ready for our 3 nights stay. It had everything we needed and was the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking. The hot tub worked well and the fire pit area was clean and ready for a fire. We loved our time here and would stay here again when in the area. The host was helpful and communicated with us well!
Kitchen had everything we needed, atmosphere & area was perfect for 4 ladies to spend time together. Host/owner very clear with directions & instructions. We left a Hen & Chickens plant for appreciation! Wish we could have enjoyed hot tub, but weather was just too chilly for us! Maybe next time!!
the location was perfect, hot tub and fire pit were a great addition, bed comfortable, we didn't realize there was not a stove but made it work, living room furniture VERY uncomfortable and broke down, shower suggestion - install or have available nonslip mat - very slick stepping in and out, we had quite the gathering of wasp by the hot tub - thinking a nest must be nearby. Overall very nice location and accommodations.

Thank you for the review. I want to clear up a couple of things for future guests…
There is not a stove, but there is a two-burner cooktop for guests to use. There is no oven. I have this stated in the listing. There is also a propane grill.
The living room furniture is NOT “broke down”. The furniture that you are referring to is a $4,000 leather couch called “The Cloud”. It’s from Z Galleries and is designed as a six piece, including the ottoman, lounging sectional. Most people find it very comfortable.
As for the wasps, the cabin is in the woods and pesky insects kind of go with the territory. I hang wasp traps and I try to leave a couple cans of wasp spray just in case a guest sees a wasp they want to get rid of.
Thanks again for the positive feedback and I’m glad you enjoyed your stay!
All I can say it's WOW! We were skeptical at first but we decided to go for it and oh boy are we glad we did. The cabin is super clean and listed 100% accurately. The check in process is super easy as well as checkout. Amanda was super helpful. If you aren't from the area the road into the property is tight, twisting turns and hilly so just be prepared. It's easy to navigate in the daylight. We arrived late and well after dark so it was intense for us. We are so happy we found this gem and we will 100% return.
We've stayed here several times and will continue to come back! Perfect place to stay for a long weekend getaway. The cabin offered everything we needed, plus a great view! Communication with the host is always very easy! Would definitely recommend staying here!
The cabin was as expected. The host was very responsive. I lost the email with the code to get in and Amanda was quick to respond and very helpful. The bed was comfy and the kitchen stocked with enuf for the 2 of us. Pleasant suprise we had firewood waiting for us upon arrival...love that! The place is near all kinds of trails...thats what we came to do. We ate at Toads and it was good and also at Trails End Tavern/Hemlock Lodge, Amanda (different from the owner)does good drinks!!! Great trails and Great scenery!!! We will be back!
We loved the experience of staying in a container cabin. The location was great. Cabin was well equipped and we love that we were the last one on the road. Nice and quiet.
Such a cool place to stay. Beautiful surroundings. Fantastic design and decor. Comfortable beds, big cozy couch. Will book again next time we’re in the area. Enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub as well.
