This 3 bedroom home offers a water view from every room! There is ample privacy for outdoor activities, fire pit, relaxing on the dock, enjoying the open land around the property. Located just 10 miles from downtown offers a quick commute to Louisville attractions.

The location has a rural feel but is just a short 2 miles to restaurants, grocery, and fast food.

The reflection of the east end bridge over the water at night offers incredible views 24 hours a day!

The temperature controlled sunroom is perfect for gathering family and friends and enjoying the views.

Hot Tub and outdoor patio space area for family gathering space to enjoy.
Private dock allows for boat rental to explore and enjoy the water from hanging out in party cove to visiting the river access restaurants.

Very nice place right on the river. Myself and 5 other guys stayed here for a golf trip weekend and was in perfect location to golf courses and other attractions. Owner replied almost instantly if we needed anything, which is a very comforting feeling. Overall great experience and would stay here again.

This was a wonderful space for our family of four. We had our own space and plenty of spaces to do things together. My son spent most of his time on the dock and the rest of us spent most of our time in the fantastic sun room!! Everything was very clean, perfect temps (rooms and hot tub!!) and accessible. The kitchen had everything we needed. This host made a quick getaway feel like we were at home the whole time.

This is the kind of home I always look for when I travel, but rarely find. I like a lot of ventilation and a peaceful, picturesque location. This home has it all and I slept in the sunroom on the porch couch just to watch and hear the river traffic, and that was the best rest ever and can’t wait to go back. It’s got river features that come with the territory but look past that and you too will enjoy every minute here in paradise.
