Renovated Kitchen! Beautiful Ocean Views 2B Brigadune! Perfect Location

Our spacious condo has two bedrooms and two full baths, perfect for a family of 4. The airy living room opens to a private balcony for breathtaking views where you can enjoy your morning coffee or cocktail as you soak up the tranquility and beauty of the ocean. The kitchen has been fully renovated in 2024. It is fully equipped should you choose to cook rather than try some of the 1400 restaurants in the area. Located on the 2nd floor of the Brigadune, we think it's the perfect condo for people who make frequent trips back and forth to the beach or pool.

We provide linens (bed sheets, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, bath mats, and kitchen towels), so you only need to bring your beach towels! We have a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. Also, you may choose to rent beach chairs and umbrellas from the lifeguard on duty (summer months only).

The Brigadune is on Shore Drive and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the beautiful Lake Singleton to the west. The building offers many amenities, including an outdoor pool, picnic area with gas grills, outdoor shower, deck, secure lobby, elevators, and plenty of on-site parking.

Myrtle Beach has something for everyone ranging from championship golf courses, unique shopping destinations such as Barefoot Landing, Broadway on the Beach, and Market Common, live entertainment, and over 1400 restaurants.

We've stayed at the Brigadune many times, this was the first time staying in this unit. The kitchen is nicely renovated, the living room area is nice as is the primary bedroom. The bathrooms are both in need of a remodel but are clean and functional. The property owners do not live locally and do not have a local property manager so if there is an issue the response time can be longer than expected.

Amazing View

The living room, kitchen & dining area of this condo has been beautifully renovated so that the space feels modern, charming & comfortable. The oceanfront views were unbeatable & the balcony was well-equipped with comfortable furniture. We spent a lot of time out there looking out over the ocean. We spotted dolphins twice and watched the gulls and pelicans gather. The bedrooms and bathrooms have not been renovated but are tastefully decorated and comfortable. The ocean is visible from the primary bedroom as well. It was so great to be just steps from the beach & the pool, and the in-unit washer & dryer made it easy to keep up with laundry. The condo was set up to make our vacation easy and relaxing.

Bad Circumstances Not Owners Fault

Some short notice major construction work was being done to the building. Jack hammering, grinding, and other construction related noise, made the condo extremely difficult to use Monday-Friday during the hours of 8am-4:30pm. Owner was great with communication as soon as she found out the work would be done during our scheduled stay. Offered a partial refund and the option of canceling all together. Appreciated the honesty. Other guests were not informed by their owners and understandably upset. Situation was worse than I or owners expected. Still, enjoyed our stay for our anniversary, and hope to rent unit in the future. Stuff happens and you just have to move forward at times. Have stayed at multiple units at the Brigadune over the last ten years plus. Found 2B to be both comfortable and accommodating. The entire building is somewhat dated, but these owners in particular, are making improvements. Also, the reason for the outside construction and noise. It HAS to be done sometime during the year 😊. The cleaning staff do a top notch job, and should be complimented on their efforts. I’m picky when it comes to cleanliness…. NO issues here! Will definitely return to 2B in the future. Found the owners to be honest, fair, and great communicators.

Great Vacation

This is the best location in Myrtle Beach. The condo is spacious with a great view from every window. My wife and I really enjoyed the furniture on the balcony. Stephanie is a great host and answered all our questions promptly.

Great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The view was amazing and the beach was so easy to get to. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals. The keyless entry was nice too. Stephanie was very easy to deal with and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience

I would highly recommend this property! Everything was wonderful and perfect for a family of 4. The view was amazing and it was very easy to get from the room to the ocean.
