This is my 2nd home with quality MCM period furniture, original art, nice stuff. I do ask that people try take good care of the place. New 2024 higher capacity Tankless Water Heater, no cold showers. New2023: Higher speed 5G internet. LG Oled 4k smart tv and Bose 700 surround sound. Amazon Fire Cube. Larger HD TVs in bedrooms. Self emptying Roomba that also mops. Silent dishwasher. All Clad Copper Core cookware. Hex Clad cookware. Sous Vide. Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer. Phillips Latte Go 3200 Espresso/Latte maker. 2 sous vied. More colorful, happier dinnerware. Closet Organizers. Outside hallway beach toy organizer. More beach stuff. Sorry !! ABSOLUTELY NO PETS. Shore drive has decided not to allow pets. This is a collective insurance decision.

This is a Sunday to Sunday rental only during the summer season. This is to avoid traffic coming in to MB, as well as elevator traffic at Brigadune . Also Amanda, who works in the building, is only available to clean the unit on Sunday :) Unit is on the 8th floor, sheets and towels are provided. Beautifully remodeled (2012 -2013, 2020, 2021-24) 3 bedroom, 2 bath corner unit on the 8th floor. better elevator service ! Beautifully decorated with original Art on the walls and comfy leather seating in the living room. 70 inch LG 4K OLED smart tv. Bose 700 surround sound. Amazon Fire Cube. Vintage stereo Yamaha Natural Sound amplifier receiver powering Altec Lansing Valencia speakers. Updated with Ultra HD blue tooth. Sustainable Bamboo Flooring throughout unit. Very low VOC emissions products used throughout the unit. Near HEPA filters on the HVAC unit, and a portable Honeywell HEPA filtration thingy that can be moved around. Gourmet Kitchen is gorgeous with granite and recent top of the line appliances. Foodies will appreciate the sharp knives, quality small appliances, and serious cooking tools and equipment. All Clad Copper Core cookware. Hex Clad. Phillips Latte Go 3200 idiot proof latte and other fancy coffee maker thingy. Breville Smart Oven Air fryer. Sous Vide. Vitamix bar quality blender. Kitchen Aid Stand mixer. New silent dishwasher. Ninja Bullitt. Phillips food processor. Coffee grinder and new drip coffee maker. Bedrooms feature, NEW in 2023, luxury mattresses with high thread count sheets and European duvets. Bedrooms also have 3D TVs. Amazon Echos. The master and middle bedrooms have plush king beds, and the third bedroom has two double beds. Bathrooms feature natural stone and granite with walk in showers, heated floors, and plush towels.

Brigadune is located at the end of Shore Drive.
A dead end street with little traffic , widely considered the most desirable area of the Grand Strand. You are right on the beach with a manicured pool area, new BBQs, and plenty of loungers available.

There is now a large beach umbrella with anchor screw and 6 "low" beach chairs. There are beach toys, football, kite, boogie boards, etc.

Location, location, location ! Brigadune is close to everything....whether you want to shop, golf, see a show, or go out to dinner....everything you could ask for is within a few minutes drive !

Don't forget to please buy, shop, and eat local ! DON'T GO TO CHAINS !!!!

Owner and the residence was exceptional. Immaculately cleaned. Decor and comforts were above and beyond anything I have previously rented for vacation. Complex was in a beautiful area not crowded. Very quiet while indoors or outdoors. Roomba kept floors cleaned daily. So many beach amenities right at the door to use as needed. We could have pulled up with our clothes and groceries and were set. Kitchen had everything and more you could ever need. Beds were comfortable as was the outdoor balcony furniture. Best Stay Ever at MB!! Will definitely consider staying again if available! Thank you for a magnificent week and for sharing this piece of your family with ours!

Perfect condo

This property was definitely not your standard beach condo. So much room and so well appointed. Lorand was very helpful in the days leading up to the trip. He made suggestions for local dining and activities. The beach there is very wide and was close enough to the pier, ice cream and a few restaurants that my younger kids could walk safely to them. Due to the extreme heat we had an issue with the a/c one night. I texted Lorand and he immediately responded and had a repairman there in a few hours. We usually stay in Surfside but would happily return to this location and exact property

Great place

We stayed here for a week in July with our five kids (ages high school to kindergarten) and it was perfect. The condo is huge, clean, well equipped, comfortable, and had enough room for all of us. The beach was perfect for kids since it was pretty shallow really far out and there were a lot of good shells to find. It was also not at all crowded for how many condos there are in close proximity. There were times we even felt like we were the only ones out there! Communication was great even when I had trouble with the lock box late at night. Perfect place for any family!

Oceanfront in paradise!

This was our first time staying in Myrtle Beach for a family reunion and it didn’t disappoint! The condo was huge inside , pictures don’t do it justice to how spacious it was for 7 people. The oceanfront location was the best way to wake up and go to bed. It was close to outlet mall , broadway at the beach and just the main strip! Definitely recommend staying here and will do so again next year!! The owner was friendly and very quick to respond to any questions !!

Clean condo with lots of extras!

The property was very clean inside, well maintained, and all the amenities exceeded our expectations. The beds were very comfortable. We had an issue with the AC going out towards the end of our stay and the property owner was responsive to the problem. The property owner was also responsive to questions we had prior to our arrival, as well gave additional details about the unit and area. The condo was in the perfect location.

What a wonderful time we had. The condo was beautiful, clean and so comfortable. Our four kids (21, 17, 13, 12) all had so much fun. Close to stores, restaurants, activities. Great communication from owner as well.

Perfect location, well kept, and clean

We couldn't have asked for a better condo. Everything is up to date and well taken care of. Location is just steps away from the sand. Well stocked kitchen. Clean updated bathrooms and super comfortable beds. Would definitely stay there again.

Amazing

Our family stayed over the Fourth of July Holiday. I generally prefer to not visit Myrtle on the 4th because of the noise and activity. However, this condo is in a perfect location. It was quiet but with easy access to all the fun! The condo itself is the nicest I have ever stayed at in all the years we have travelled to the beach! Every possible convenience is there from luggage carts to shopping carts, all the kitchen equipment, the entertainment system and the heated floors! The owner is very pleasant and easy to work with and replies quickly. Everything is top of the line and comfortable. It could have rained all week and we would have been happy to stay inside!! Would love to return to this condo every year!!!

Christmas vacation

Our family spent the week after Christmas at this beautiful condo. It is everything described and more! We have vacationed at MYB for many years and have stayed in dozens of nice places. The Brigadune complex is so convenient to many places. We worked out at Mega Fitness the week there and is was 3 minutes a way. We ate at Stacks for breakfast every morning and again just a few minutes a way. The elevators at the complex are super fast. The luggage carts and buggies make getting in and out so easy. This owner is obviously passionate about excellence and has renovated this condo with the best of everything. Bedding, electronics, kitchen supplies, appliances, etc. In addition, the view is among the best I have ever seen. I traveled down with my 2 college aged kids and my mother. So whether 19 or 75, all loved this condo! You simply feel spoiled. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions prior to and during our stay. Fantastic rental experience

Perfect Vacation Rental

Fantastic Rental! My family, including two small children and one set of grandparents, spent the last two weeks of August in this condo. Everything was perfect and as described. The apartment is large and very well appointed with direct ocean front views from the over sized private balcony. The owners clearly have pride of ownership and have spent considerable money upgrading the kitchens, bathrooms and living areas. There are flat screen TVs in all the rooms including a large one in the living room. The bedrooms are a good size and I found the beds really comfortable with good quality linens and bedding. The kitchen has top of the line appliances as well as high quality plates, glass wear, mugs ect. The kitchen also has all the utensils and cookware anyone might need. The complex itself is centrally located and well maintained. The pool area is a decent size and is adjacent to the ocean so there are no long walks to the beautiful sandy beach. All in all a perfect rental and I can't wait to rent again the next time I head down the grand strand.

Why they chose this property

The Brigadune is well maintained building with very nice grounds. There is a decent restaurant/bar in the Sands Club building directly to the south. World Famous Ocean Annies Beach Club bar (kid friendly til 8pm) features excellent live music from around Noon to 11 p.m. It is a hundred yards just up the beach to the north. Flip Flops is a short walk and offers live music on the deck and convenience type stores in the same small shopping area. Shore drive is considered the best location on the Grand Strand.
Backyard bar and grill offers inexpensive food, live music every night. Large kid friendly deck overlooking the intracoastal.

What makes this property unique

I was able to get all the poisoness snakes out of the bedrooms. The rats have been vanquished. No more tarantulas lurking in the couch.
