Apartment fully renovated in July 2021: Living room with open-concept, fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, “Senseo” coffee machine, microwave, etc.). Bedroom with a double bed (140/190). Bathroom: shower, sink, and toilet. Inner courtyard furnished with patio furniture.
Guest access
The fully renovated Clos de Beauchamp is located in St. Valéry-sur-Somme in a quiet area just a stone’s throw from the medieval town and the sailors’ chapel. Walks along the bay, shops and bakeries, the harbour, the village centre, restaurants, bike paths, hiking trails, boat tours, and the little steam train, Marquenterre Park, and the Bird House.
Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking cottage

Amenities and policies: For health reasons and due to COVID, guests must bring their own linens: duvet covers, sheets, towels, tea towels, and pillowcases. As a one-time exception, you can rent a set for €20 per set for two people, provided you reserve at least 24 hours in advance. (Please contact the concierge directly or the person who will be welcoming you.) Free parking: on Rue de Beauchamp or Route des Canadiens. This is a smoke-free holiday rental. Pets are not allowed.
