This modern, clean, well-equipped luxury apartment is located within one of the best districts of Tbilisi. It provides a comfortable, care-free stay. You feel like a Tbilisi resident living in a quality residential building, in a vibrant part of the city, right off of the Marjanishvili Theater and the famous Aghmashenebeli Avenue. Just walk 200 meters and find yourself in the middle of eating spots, cultural points, cafes, and shops.
The building is brand new and has secure access.
This efficient and spacious apartment is in a brand new building with safe access and well-cared hallways; has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Its kitchen is well equipped with all amenities including a dishwasher. Relax and have dinner in a cozy living room with balconies. Please note about the parking: there is no private parking on-premises.
They say there are two centers in Tbilisi: The old town, and then the Marjanishvili/Aghmashenebeli Area. This part has a beautiful, eclectic architecture of the 19th century. There are 5 theaters (3 drama, 1 musical comedy, 1 children's) within the walking distance, numerous places to eat well, and about 5 outstanding restaurants from our recommendation list. Metro Station Marjanishvili is 5 minutes walk. By crossing the bridge and walking up 15 minutes, you will reach Rustaveli Avenue. By walking right via the Marjanisvhili square, you will reach the dry bridge (in 10 minutes walk) and the old town (in 30 minutes beautiful walk). In short, you are where you need to be for your visit to Tbilisi.
You have an option to park on the street; however, parking spots are limited.
