Joe, we’re truly sorry to hear about the challenges you faced during your stay. A stuck back door and leaning beds are certainly not the standards we want our guests to experience, especially when a comfortable night’s rest is such an important part of enjoying a vacation. We understand how frustrating these issues must have been and sincerely apologize for falling short in these areas. It’s encouraging to know you still made the best of your time, despite these inconveniences. Feedback like yours helps us pinpoint where improvements are needed so we can deliver a better experience for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts, Joe, and for allowing us to grow from this.

We’ll address the issues mentioned with our housekeeping team to prevent this from happening again. It’s great that your family enjoyed the porch swing and the amenities like the washer and dryer. We’re truly sorry that your stay didn’t meet expectations, Judy. Cleanliness is such an important part of providing a comfortable and welcoming experience, and it’s unacceptable that the cabin wasn’t properly cleaned before your arrival. The condition of the ceiling fan and bathroom fixtures should never have been overlooked, and we regret that this was your experience. We also understand how frustrating the confusion about the military discount must have been. Your feedback means so much to us because it allows us to reflect on what went wrong and take steps to improve. We deeply value your input and are committed to doing better with every stay.

Thank you so much for sharing both the things you loved and the areas that clearly need attention, and we truly appreciate your honesty because it genuinely helps us improve. We completely understand how issues with game room items, comfort, maintenance, and amenities can collectively impact a stay, and we will be addressing each of these concerns thoughtfully with our team. It matters to us that guests feel relaxed, cared for, and comfortable throughout their visit. We hope to have you back soon thank you

Thank you for the feedback. I’m glad the house worked well overall, and I’m sorry the bedding felt worn and the pet fees were higher than you expected. We’ll have housekeeping and maintenance inspect and replace any bedding that needs updating. The pet fee is intended to cover extra cleaning, laundry, and potential wear and tear, but we’ll review the pricing for this property to make sure it’s fair and clearly explained in the listing.
