We had a fantastic stay! The cabin was clean and well appointed. The king sized bed upstairs was very comfortable. We even had a bear wonder close by! I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Thank you so much for your review of Bonnie and Clyde, Jennifer! It is always a great time in the Smokies when you get to see wildlife activity. We appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again soon!
Went away for a long weekend getaways as two couples. Chose this property due to location and the fact that there were two king beds and two bathrooms. We loved the more secluded area up on the mountain. So glad we chose this over a condo closer to town!
The property was exactly as described and was perfect for what we were looking for. Would definitely stay again! Ski Mountain Pizza was our go-to place close by for amazing pizza and wings!

Loved the cabin I feel like it needed something over top the hot tub outside and the road up to cabin was very scary but other than that it was great

We're really glad you loved the cabin, and your feedback about the hot tub cover and the road is truly valuable to us. Cabin was very nice and clean. Enjoyed our stay. The only issue we had was we could not get the hot tub to turn on. Contacted the company and they sent someone out to fix it. Thanks for a great trip away from home!!

Lovely honeymoon stay for the two of us, only a 10-15min drive from downtown Gatlingurg. unfortunately the wifi was out due to a modem issue but I blame charter, not the owners. Great stay, quiet, clean, cozy, and peaceful. Provided blankets are cute looking but worn down sherpa material that could use replacement. Would highly recommend.
The cabin was really nice, no complaints. The past few places we stayed had broken hot tubs....this one actually works! The location is close enough to downtown. You would definitely want 4x4 to get to this (and many other) cabin in the snow. A car with bad tires might even struggle to get up the hill in the rain.

Brent, thank you so much for your honest feedback! We're so glad that you had a great stay with us at Bonnie and Clyde, enjoying the location and the hot tub. We appreciate your review, and we'd love to host you again soon!
The house was very nice, comfortable, and clean. Our favorite part was the big indoor jacuzzi. The outdoor was a little weird because the house is on a hill so their is really not a lot of space for the kids to play outside. My main reason for 4 stars was that the property management company certainly doesnt provide the same personalized service as an owner usually does. It took them a while to reply to my initial messages and their was little to no effort to be accommodating to our requests.

We do our very best to provide all our guests with positive experiences, and your feedback is helpful as we continue to improve our customer experience. Donald, we're so sorry to hear you had concerns with cleanliness at the cabin and we hate this happened. We appreciate your honest feedback and have passed your comments along for review. We do apologize, and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better stay in the future as this is not acceptable to us.
More steps than we thought, with the entry on the second level. That is not ideal for us older ones or the little tiny one. The mattresses need replacing but that has been reported by many of the previous renters. The driveway is a little scetchy. Other than that we had a nice stay. We will not be back for a stay here.
My husband, best friend and I wanted to get away from the city life for a weekend of hiking and relaxation. The cabin was just what we expected and very comfortable for us to relax in after a day of outdoor activities.
We had a great vacation! Everything was great with our cabin but the floors needed to be mopped when we arrived (something we pay attention to because we have small children) but they weren’t terrible. Everything else was spotless!
We had a bear wander through on the third day trying to get in the trash bin so definitely wouldn’t leave anything outside.
Steep driveway and lots of steps weren’t a problem for us but would not recommend for anybody that has mobility issues.
This was our favorite cabin in Gatlinburg so far!
Wonderfule Cabin, Great Location, Terribly Steep Roads
The cabin was just perfect and well cleaned. 2 full bathrooms and kings sized bedroom made us wish we had invited another couple to join us. We really enjoyed the indoor, upstairs, oversized Jacuzzi tub (much bigger than a tub). Great porch/balcony off the living room. We ate and played games out there.
FYI There are no kitchen amenities. You will need to buy everything (i.e. slat, pepper, cooking spray, coffee, creamer, sugar, etc.). We spent a heap at the grocery store which had empty shelves due to supply chain issues. Budget accordingly.
Entrance has 3 flights of stairs. Grocery and luggage were a pain. But after that, we got used to them. Maybe not for someone who has difficulty with stairs.
Surrounding area (many, many trees) was so beautiful. We couldn't really see any neighbors. One neighbor came over to warn us about a group of bears in our driveway. But we never saw them. We saw several black bears on our street (from the in the car). Not an issue, kinda exciting, but do be careful.
The streets are really, really steep and narrow. DO insist on a 4WD or AWD. It's a must! The driveway is also really steep. We were given a Chevy Silverado by the rental company which was fairly difficult to turn around in the driveway. But we were extremely thankful to have a 4WD. Also, if you can't see over the hood to see the extremely steep street "lean forward". We looked ridiculous but continuously leaned forward to see the road every time we drove too and from the cabin.
If you like short hikes and don't mind a 30 minute driver, we recommend Spruce Flat Falls (not too crowded and beautiful). Enjoy.

We truly appreciate your honest feedback and your recommendations, and we're delighted to hear that you had an amazing time. We would love to host you again in the future for another wonderful Smoky Mountain vacation!

You need to be more clear on directions. I had not been to Gatlinburg in over 20 years. My GPS took me in a different way and the road was closed. I was on the phone for 20 minutes before I got someone who could help. The directions I received, just started with turn a red light 10. Should have said go though downtown Gatlinburg and go to red light 10. But we found it. Cabin was nice. You need to be make sure in your information that you have to climb stairs to get to the cabin and not a great view.

Bonnie & Clyde Cabin (Gatlinburg)
Overall our stay was great. Very clean, quiet cabin. While unloading upon arriving a bear popped out of the side of the driveway so be sure to always be looking out. We noticed the floor was wet in front of the dishwasher when we arrived so not sure if there was a leak. We didn't get to enjoy the hot tub as it was directly butted up to a hillside & we were nervous about critters. Above everything else our drive up there was VERY terrifying. We were brought in a back way with very windy, very steep roads & no guardrails. We had a good time & may come back but we'll be more observant of the location.
