Positives: the hosts are very welcoming and helpful; the location is quiet, family friendly, safe and very convenient to visit Dinard and St. Malo; available parking onsite, trampoline and heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. Negatives: cleaning, listing accuracy and camping style compost toilet; property located in the garden and therefore very common to see different insects, spiders and spider webs; hot water powered by solar panel, so if there's not enough sun be prepared to have a cooler shower. Saying this, on one occasion we had no hot water, but the owner was very helpful and offered us a shower in other available property.
