If you are seeking the perfect quiet residential location as a base for exploring the magnificent city of Prague it would be difficult if not impossible to find a better location. The Old Town Square is only 3 minutes walk, the Wenceslas Square (7 minutes walk). If you feel like a bite to eat you are just a few steps from some of Prague's finest restaurants. There is a small grocery store located just around the corner.

The apartment has been reconstructed to the highest standards and will meet the requirements of the most demanding guests. It has taken three years of hard work to restore and modernize this unique property. We have provided antiques of 18th and 19th century along with original works of art both modern and historical.

Upon check-in we will meet you PERSONALLY to give you the proper tour of the apartment and to share our tips for restaurants and places to visit.

Excellent location

Monika and Petr were wonderful and accommodating. Monika was available and very responsive to questions. Check in and check out process a breeze. I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough if you’re wanting to stay somewhere in downtown Prague that is affordable, comfortable, safe, and within walking distance of Old Town and most attractions. Would definitely stay here again if back in Prague.

Great location and apartment

Everyone loved it! Those bathtubs were huge! We especially loved the built in coffeemaker. The location was perfect for our trip. There was also a grocery store about a 1 min walk from the apartment. Highly recommend it! The only issue we had was that the tv in the one bedroom didn’t work, however, we didn’t have much time to watch it anyway.

Great location and lovely place to stay

The White Swan was perfect for our visit to Prague! Our host was wonderful and set us up with thier driver from the airport. Perfect location and nicely furnished with a lovely kitchen and bathroom. We were with another couple so the second bedroom and bath were a bonus, and we shared the living room and bigger kitchen. Prague is beyond beautiful!

Great apartment in a great location.

The apartment itself is spacious and delightful. And about a two minute walk to Old Town Square. We are two adults, grateful to have our own bedrooms and then have a lovely communal area replete with a gas fire for ambiance and to counter the chilly outside. The owners, Monika and Petr were wonderful, answering all questions, ensuring our travel to and from the airport was seamless and painless, and that our stay was perfect. Christmas in Prague was delightful. Could not recommend more. I hope to be back.

Pleasant stay in central Prague.

Property was excellent— clean and exactly as advertised. In a quiet but very central location within easy walking distance of Old Town Square, the Jewsish Quarter and Charles Bridge. Hosts Monika and Petr were very helpful, and transfers from train station through the host was quick and efficient despite a late train arrival. I highly recommend this property.

Comfortable apartment in great location

We stayed for three nights. The apartment was spacious, clean, in excellent condition and the bathrooms and beds were great. Communication with the hosts was quick and clear. The apartment is within 10 minutes walk of all the Old Town sights and the Jewish quarter. We were able to walk everywhere.

Fantastic apartment!

We spent four nights in this beautiful apartment in old town. It was perfect for two adult couples. The location is fantastic, it is beautifully appointed and communication with the host was perfect. It’s also wonderfully quiet even though it is close to everything. There’s a wonderful Irish public across the street for a late night drink or the town square is a few minute walk away. Certainly one of the nicest VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Old Town

We had such a wonderful time in Prague. The venue provided a driver upon request to pick us up from the airport (at an additional cost we were happy to pay) Petr showed us around the apartment and made sure we understood all the amenities, the AC (sorely needed) and the fancy built in coffee machine. The place is in a nice quiet part of town but only a short walk to shops, restaurants, bars and points of interest. There is even a mini shop right around the corner to pick up milk, eggs and croissants for breakfast, and beers for the evening. They layout is very nice, we actually used both apartments as we were travelling with friends. Very spacious, clean and modern, with a touch of old world charm. High recommend!

We found the White Swan to exceed our expectations. Communications were excellent and Petr was prompt, helpful, and cheerful. The location was perfect for our visit. Why they chose this property

This apartment is just stunning and together with its convenient location to everywhere this is the place I would be seeking if I were a traveler coming to Prague. It is located in the quiet area out of the tourists crowds but still just around 7 minutes walk to reach the Old Town Square and its beautiful sights. You will find plenty of nice restaurants to choose from delicious Czech Cuisine or just to have a nice glass of wine/beer while watching the twelwe apostoles, who appear in the tiny windows of a famous Astronomical clock every day at certain hours.
