PARKING

You can park in front of the building and in the nearby blue zones by purchasing an online parking permit for approx. €20 per 24 hours, valid in paid parking zones throughout the city centre. Without this permit, parking in front of the building or in the nearby blue (residential) parking zones is not allowed. I’ll send you the link to purchase it.

Alternatively, there is a public garage just a 5-minute drive from the apartment.

APARTMENT SIZE: 797 SQ FT (74 m²) — LARGER THAN MOST IN PRAGUE
This one-bedroom apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 adults. There are two beds in the apartment: a king bed (63 x 79 in / 160 x 200 cm) and a fold-out bed (47 x 78 in / 120 x 200 cm). All beds are located in the bedroom, but the fold-out bed can be placed anywhere in the apartment. The sofa in the living room is not a fold-out bed. If there are two of you and you require separate beds, please let me know at the time of booking; otherwise, only the king bed will be available in the bedroom.

The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed (63 x 79 in) with a high-quality Aloe Vera mattress for exceptional comfort. The bed comes with soft damask sheets and two cozy duvets (55 x 79 in each) and a selection of king-size and standard-size pillows, ensuring a truly restful night’s sleep. The bedroom is equipped with thick curtains that will allow you to sleep as long as you wish.
2• Living room with charming views of Charles Bridge Street and a glimpse of Prague Castle.
3• Dining area and kitchen open onto a flower-adorned balcony with historic views, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks.

• The apartment has a laundry room equipped with everything you need: a washing machine, dryer, detergent, sponges, cleaning supplies, a mop, a drying rack, and a vacuum cleaner.
• Bathroom with a combined bathtub and handheld shower, plus a towel heater. Enjoy a soothing soak - the perfect way to end your day. The toilet is separate for added convenience.

We try to be flexible with times when possible, depending on availability.

We live about 40 minutes away by metro. I usually meet guests in person to hand over the keys, but during summer and holidays, my two sons may welcome you instead.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

A city tax of 50 CZK (approximately USD 2.50) per person per night is not included in the price.

For registration with the Tourist and Immigration Office, you will need to provide the following details for each guest: full name, date of birth, passport number, and country of residence, and present your ID at check-in.
