This coastal 2 BR condo is your ultimate vacation destination convenient to everything Dewey Beach has to offer! Located one block from the beach, you'll be steps away from Dewey's exciting nightlife, restaurants, and shops. This comfortable space is perfect for gathering with family and friends. The inviting veranda just off the patio door is ideal for enjoying the rooftop infinity pool, grilling stations, and firepits, where you'll relax and unwind enjoying beautiful sunsets over the bay.

This modern two bedroom, two bath, condominium sleeps 6 comfortably. The spacious first bedroom features a king-sized bed with ensuite bathroom, access to the balcony, and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and access to the full hall bathroom. A washer and dryer are adjacent to the second bathroom.

The living area boasts a comfy oversized sectional, flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, and access to the private balcony with more seating to enjoy the views.

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite
countertops, a peninsula island with seating, as well as a comfortable dining area.

Bed linens, pillows, and shower towels are provided. Please bring your own
pool/beach towels.

Two dedicated parking spaces are included in the parking garage with secure elevator access to the condo.

The lower level of the building conveniently connects to the Lighthouse Restaurant and Bar. Guests will also enjoy access to hotel amenities - indoor saltwater pool and fitness center.

Our stay was great and I would highly recommend this property. Instructions were clear, the place was spacious, clean, modern, and in a great location. Gorgeous terrace views and pool and outdoor area were very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our time in this penthouse. It was so easy to settle in from the moment we walked in the door. Very cozy and great location. We walked to many of our meals out - the Dewey Post was right next door and so very cute and delicious! The indoor pool was an added bonus for our little girls! Hosts provided very clear and detailed instructions for our stay!

Outdoor Pool was closed for season used indoor pool and was heated. We stayed with our Pet and was perfect. Location of Condo was walking distance to all local Restaurants. Host Diane was Great !!! WE left some belongings behind and She mailed them back to us...Would stay again

5 Stars Aren’t enough!

Nothing but wonders! We loved our stay so much we even tried to extend it, but the condo was already booked! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The aesthetic and layout of the condo? Chef’s kiss. The location is unbeatable, and the amenities oh my god to die for. The pool is exclusive to condo guests, which made it feel even more relaxing and special. Truly can’t wait to stay here again in the future. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

This place is amazing, all the comforts of home. Any time I went to reach for something I needed, it was already there. Owners were very responsive and pleasant, and location is amazing.
