relaxing stay near Arcachon

The apartment was clean and well equipped. The location was very good for excursions or dinner in the nearby harbour. We received a warm welcome from Christoph, who gave us valuable tips for excursions in the area.

Appartement, bien situé, propre, résidence très calme, une place de parking en sous-sol, il y a ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, Christophe la personne de la conciergerie qui s’occupe du logement est très sympa, donne des conseils de visite ou autre. Vraiment bon séjour.

Presque un sans faute, nous recommandons!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la Hume. L’appartement est idéalement situé. Proche des commerces de proximité, de la gare (idéal pour aller à arcachon en moins de 10min). La résidence est très calme, la piscine très propre. L’appartement lui aussi est super bien agencé. Seul bémol la climatisation qui est en fait des raffraichisseurs d’air dans les pièces (ventilateur amélioré mais peu efficace lors des chaleurs). Il manque une quatrième chaise sur le balcon éventuellement. Sinon l’équipement de l’appartement est top, l’électroménager nickel et tout est propre. Merci pour ce super séjour. Un grand merci à Sonia et Christophe qui sont très sympathique et de bons conseils. )

SEJOUR PARFAIT

2 semaines dans cet appartement conforme à la description, au calme malgré la proximité de la gare, près de la plage et du sentier du littoral, à 7 km d'Arcachon (belle piste cyclable), et surtout pas loin des cabanes pour déguster des huîtres!!! Christophe a été très arrangeant pour l'heure d'arrivée et de départ et très réactif suite à un soucis de parking. En bref, nous recommandons!

Louer les yeux fermés. Soyez en confiance!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est conforme à sa description : il est tres agréable par sa disposition, sa localisation (à proximité de tout et notamment de la zone de loisirs de gujan), ses facilités (ascenseur, parking, piscine). Je rejoins un commentaire précédent sur l'utilité d'avoir un véritable four. Et je rajouterai éventuellement une bonne machine à café... mais c'est subjectif pour ce dernier point! Une mention très spéciale à Mme et M. Garon. En effet, le réfrigérateur était en souffrance. Ils nous ont livré eux même un nouveau réfrigérateur dès le lendemain matin à la première heure. Ils nous ont laissé le temps de faire le transfert de nos denrées et sont revenus quelques jours plus tard pour récupérer l'ancien. Et tout ca avec un boite de macaron et le sourire. Exceptionnelle réactivité et gentillesse. Encore merci et pardon pour le dérangement. Seconde mention spéciale à la conciergerie ArMondiBer (Christophe) qui gère la location et qui a été également tres à l'écoute et très présente tout au long du séjour. En particulier, Christophe a fait le nécessaire pour que nous puissions accéder au logement plus tot le samedi matin alors qu'il n'y avait aucune obligation de sa part. Et également très présent pour suivre avec Mme et M. Garon lorsque nous avons eu le souci de réfrigérateur. Foncer, Louer les yeux fermés.

Parfait !

Nous avons passés (2 adultes, 1 enfant de 8 ans) quelques jours dans cet appartement. Le bien est tout à fait conforme à l'annonce : suffisamment spacieux, chambres confortables, balcon appréciable et la piscine, un vrai plus pour les enfants. Les commerces essentiels sont tout à côté de l'appartement. Enfin, je souligne la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Sonia et Christophe de la remise des clés jusqu'à notre départ.

Très bon séjour.

L’appartement est conforme à l’annonce. Il est idéalement situé (commerces à pied, plage de la Hume à côté) et au calme. Suggestion : l’ajout d’un four électrique serait un plus pour les repas. La liaison (propriétaire et l’agence) a été impeccable. Je recommande !

Superbe appartement

Appartement situé dans un domaine, sécurisé, au calme, très propre et fonctionnel, et bien équipé, manque juste un four, mais cela ne m'a pas déranger. Proche de tout commerces, rues calme, à côté de la gare ferroviaire. Grande piscine collective au bas de l'immeuble, très peu fréquentée quand nous y étions et bien sécurisé et très propre. Place de parking en sous-sol, accessible directement par l'ascenseur, c'était vraiment très pratique et rassurant. Ouverture du rideau de sous-sol avec télécommande, idem pour le portail du domaine, un vrai bonheur. Des voisins très agréable, donc je le note aussi. Il manque juste la climatisation, mais les 2 rafraichisseurs d'air on suffit pour moi et mes enfants. Je serai où revenir😊

Appartement dans residence

L'appartement est recent, bien entretenu, fonctionnel et agréable pour notre séjour. Seuls les voisins du dessous sont tatillons et penibles dans leur remarque alors que nous nous excusions de notre petite erreur. La piscine est sympa et surtout peu utilisée dans cette période.

Très bel appartement manque seulement un plan de travail avec un égouttoir pour la vaisselle et dans les toilettes un dérouleur de papier toilette dans la salle de bain manque accroche pour serviette et gants de toilette
