Updated Mid-Century with Pool and Spa -- 3+2



This 3-bedroom, 2 bath house was renovated from the ground up a few years ago and combines classic Mid-Century lines with a modern and spacious open plan and new fixtures and amenities. The huge, fully-appointed kitchen anchors an airy living and dining area. The huge island is a perfect to gather family and friends for cocktails or as a home base for a poolside BBQ. An Apple TV with soundbar, lots of board games and a rare Estadio foosball table offer lots of fun for all ages.

The large main bedroom opens directly to the pool and has amazing views of the beautiful mountains, as well as a large, en-suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms, each with their own flair, are both spacious and bright, and share a bathroom.

The beautiful pool with spillover spa enjoys great views of the mountains. Chaises and an additional outdoor seating area offer lots of opportunities to enjoy the famous desert fun & heat.

The large, walled corner lot offers a ton of privacy, while being located just a few minutes’ drive from downtown and the airport, and right next to Mesquite Golf and Country Club. This affordable and well-appointed home has it all!

Minimum rental age for all guests is 25 or accompanied by parent or legal guardian. No groups larger than 6 (regardless of age) and no parties. Palm Springs has strict noise ordinances for vacation rentals which must be followed. All house rules, which will be available to you before arrival and in the house book at the house, must be followed.

Check in time is between 4-8 pm, check out is 11 am. Early check in and/or late check out may be available for an additional fee. Please ask us if interested.

The City of Palm Springs requires an additional written contract which you will be sent before your arrival. The city also requires that renters supply a copy of their government issued ID and license plate numbers of personally owned vehicles.

The house is dog friendly with payment of an additional pet fee.

There is a $50 per day pool heating fee. Spa heat is free!

PLEASE NOTE: All legitimate, licensed vacation rentals in Palm Springs follow city-wide vacation rental laws to remain in business. These include occupancy limits, good neighbor policies, party-free homes, the collection of separate bed taxes, no outdoor music permitted, minimum age of 25, and an actual contract signed by the responsible renter. This adds an extra step to the quick online booking process, but we believe you will find our beautiful Palm Springs property is worth the extra effort. Although we don't make these laws, we do follow them, so thank you for your understanding in advance.

Best Vrbo I’ve ever stayed at!!

This property was absolutely GORGEOUS! Everything looked picture perfect upon arrival and the booking and check in process was so smooth. The house was well stocked with everything you could possibly need and more! The pool and spa felt great and there were clear instructions on how to operate it. Overall an incredible stay and will definitely rebook!

Great getaway!

Six of us were in town for a conference, and this place was perfect! It was easy to find, a quick drive to downtown, and there was plenty of room for all of us to stay comfortably. The backyard pool area was very enjoyable, and the hot tub was nice and toasty! When we first arrived, we had a little bit of trouble with the door code, but the owners very quickly reset it, and we were in! Overall, we had a great time and would definitely come back here again in the future.

Great place for girls weekend!

What a fun house! From the bright colored walls to the specks of fun glitter in the countertops (yes, literally IN the countertops), this was perfect for a quick girls weekend getaway. The pool was great and hot tub was a great addition as well! Bedrooms were super cute, and beds were VERY comfortable. Our bride-to-be raved about the bed in the master suite, which also had a huge bathroom and double sink vanity- AWESOME. The kitchen had everything you could need to make a full lunch/dinner spread which was really convenient and appreciated. It is 10 minutes away from lots of fun restaurants and clubs, and only 5 minutes from the nearest grocery store. One thing though- when you stay make sure you let whoever is taking you to the house know that E. Sunny Dunes Rd. SPLITS in the middle, and GPS route sometimes takes you to the west side of the golf course on accident. Kind of confusing, but the address should take you on the east side of the Golf Course off of El Cielo Rd. Our UBER driver even got confused because some maps are labelled wrong. But that's just something to keep in the back of your head! Overall, we were completely satisfied! Thanks for a great stay! Definitely recommend!

Great for relaxation

We enjoyed our week stay at this property. The pool area and outdoor furniture was perfect. Nice decor and amenities. It is a bit further out from downtown attractions but allowed for a mellower vibe. Adjacent neighborhoods were nice for morning walks. Beds are a little too soft, but generally comfortable. Only a few minute drive to grocery stores and restaurants. We would stay here again.

The bathrooms were of good size with lots of counter space which is something lacking in some of the other places we have stayed in Palm Springs. The kitchen was also large and well equipped. We did have some problems with the was Super Bowl time and we couldn't receive the channel. We are not as familiar with streaming as some younger vacationers might be. We paid extra to have the pool/spa heated for our stay. The spa was nice but the pool never warmed up enough to go in. We had stayed at another place a few weeks earlier and the pool temperature was perfect. Maybe the temperature just needs to be a little higher.

Nice getaway

The house was clean and updated. Open layout and nice for a short getaway. No music is allowed by the city outside, which can be a downside. But, if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing retreat, you’ll enjoy your stay.

After numerous messages back and forth about whether you had a DVD player, it turned out that you didn't - the XBOX player there wasn't working, or couldn't play DVDs. The guy who helped us, very nice guy called Mo, came over and tried to get it working but couldn't. The whole TV/DVD system is very complicated and unintuitive. 2. The instructions gave us the option of putting in a code of our own that was easier than the long code you provided. But I punched in the keys as instructed and it didn't work. 3. The bed linens in the main bedroom stank of musty damp, that moldy smell when something hasn't been dried properly. That smell lingered throughout the stay. 4. At the weekend there's no one in the office so the only person I could call - about the TV, the DVD, the spa - was the emergency number. And frankly, the guy who picked up had an attitude problem. He had a point - I didn't have an emergency exactly. I just had questions, I wanted to use the facilities and they weren't working in the way I expected and I needed help. But I had nowhere else to turn and I don't appreciate getting this curt, snippy response lecturing me that "this absolutely isn't an emergency, and I don't work for the company", talking to me like I'm an idiot.

They have a pool, hot tub, nice bathrooms, tv room with an xbox and board games, foosball table... and the kitchen is fully equipped. The thing is - it is actually a good $75-100 a night more than the listed price. It is an extra $30 for them to heat the hot tub and pool and then there's the Palm Springs bed tax and all kinds of other fees so what I thought was going to be $1200 for 3 nights turned in to $1490. They also have an extra fee for early check-in but were very nice to waive that for us, seeing as check in isn't until 4 pm and check out is at 10am. They have a binder of rules - and it seems like it's not the company's fault, its Palm Springs... no music outside, no TALKING of ANY KIND outside after 10pm or else you might get evicted... they're not particularly responsive once you've moved in and the phone rings 4 or 5 times a day with telemarketers. Other than that, it is a really cool spot. enjoy.

The pool was a little small but perfect for our family. Overall great stay!
