Wonderfull house with at stunning view.

Lovely house with an extraordinary view. Nice location. Very friendly owner. This house could have 5 star rating from us, but "only" 4 because: No aircondition in 4 of 6 bedrooms (owner told this would be fixed this winter). We were out buying 4 fans to survive the nights. Only one bathroom towel pr. person, no coffee pot. We were out looking to buy towels, a sharp kitchen knife, a coffee pot etc. This you do not expect in a house of this price range. Only details I know, but easy to fix. Would very much like to return.

Dear Stig, thank you for your nice appreciation and your remarks. We will put air conditioning in the bedroom space at the first level too, with the refreshing ground, I think it will be enough for summer heat. And we will buy an electric coffe pot, in addition to the nespresso machine and the turk coffee maker. In this way, all the nationalities will be happy! I hope you will come back soon and appreciate even more the house with these corrections. Best regards.

Just wonderful.

Spent one week at the house,everyone had a brilliant time.From day one we were so impressed with everything about the property.Contact with the Charlotte and Oceane was excellent,and they couldn't have been more helpful.Our age group ranged from 8 years old to 68 years old. We found everything in the house was to hand,and will definitely go back if possible.

Un an après et toujours aussi satisfaits

Nous avions séjourné dans la propriété début juillet l’année dernière et remis le couvert fin juillet début août cette année. Heureux pendant la canicule d’avoir pu bénéficier de la clim et surtout de la piscine. A part quelques aventures avec les sangliers tout s’est parfaitement déroulé et, si cela est encore possible nous reviendrons l’année prochaine

Des vacances formidables dans une belle maison !

Chère famille Chappey. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances et avons beaucoup apprécié le temps passé dans votre grande maison. La maison est très bien située dans un quartier résidentiel auquel on ne peut accéder que par un portail avec un code d'accès. Il y a une vue sur la mer depuis presque toutes les pièces et vous vous réveillez chaque matin dans la chambre principale avec une vue de rêve sur la mer. L'ameublement est de très bon goût dans toute la maison et la cuisine est également parfaitement équipée afin que vous puissiez cuisiner largement pour une grande famille. La maison est très bien entretenue et la piscine chauffée était parfaite pour toute la famille. Nous allons certainement planifier d'autres vacances dans cette superbe maison.

Geräumige Villa mit tollem Meerblick

Wir, 2 Familien verbrachten eine Ferienwoche in dem Anwesen. Hervorzuheben waren die 6 Schlafräume mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Geschmackvolle Bettwäsche und Handtücher, bequeme Betten . Tip top ausgestattete Küche, großer Pool. Insgesamt hat alles gepasst!!

Un séjour de rêve, dans un endroit charmant

La vue sur la baie est magnifique et la villa est superbe, bien mieux que les photos ne laissent apparaître. Difficile à trouver à redire, c’est très certainement la meilleure location que nous avons expérimentée depuis la dizaine d’années que nous sejournons à Ste Maxime en été.

Un bijou

Nous revenons tout juste d'une semaine avec amis et jeunes enfants dans cette maison. Tout a été parfait. Charlotte, la propriétaire, est adorable et a tout fait pour que nous profitions au max de notre séjour. Sandrine et Rodolphe nous ont aussi très bien accueilli. Quant à la maison, elle est extraordinaire, du luxe non ostentatoire, des matériaux de qualités, vue mer panoramique dans chacune des pièces, un jardin extraordinaire (je pèse mes mots) qui doit nécessiter un investissement fou ...mais c'est splendide. Les photos de l'annonce, déjà très belles, ne sont pas à la hauteur de la réalité; c'est suffisamment rare pour que je le souligne. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Un endroit d’exception !

Ce séjour a été très au dessus de nos attentes qui étaient déjà élevées. Du contact avec les propriétaires , à l’accueil sur place , à la disponibilité lorsque nous avions besoin d’informations ou de conseils ....l’aspect humain a été très agréable d’un bout à l’autre de notre séjour. Quant à la maison, elle est magnifique, très bien pensée et généreusement équipée. De nombreux espaces charmants permettent l’intimité même en étant nombreux. Les vues sont sublimes. La grande piscine offre une eau à 30 degrés ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié au mois de mai. Nous reviendrons !

Très bonne semaine hivernale dans un cadre idyllique

Nous avons passé dans cette grande maison une semaine très agréable avec enfants et petits enfants, chacun ayant son indépendance grâce aux chambres avec salle de douche et toilettes dédiés et un espace de vie suffisamment large pour accueillir toute la famille une fois la nuit tombée. Nous avons pu déjeuner dehors et profiter du soleil Une vue inoubliable sur la Méditerranée avec des levers de soleil à couper le souffle . Nous recommandons cette maison y compris l’hiver

Sehr schönes Haus mit Traumblick

Bis auf die defekte Spülmaschine mit ein paar Tagen Handabwasch und eine überschaubare Anzahl an Badehandtüchern gab es keine Probleme. Ein sehr schönes Haus mit absolutem Traumblick und Ruhe. Ein toller Pool, eine schöne Gartenanlage, schöne Zimmer und leise Klimaanlage in den oberen Zimmern. Die Möbel auf der Terrasse und die Küche waren etwas funktionell, ein Update würde dem Objekt noch besser stehen aber es kratzt nicht wirklich an dem tollen Gesamteindruck.

Surpassed all expectations - Five Star Experience!

La Nartelle is truly amazing! It far exceeded our expectations in all aspects. The home is spacious, well-appointed and very tastefully decorated with large rooms, each with its own special view. The kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you need to cook as many meals as you want at home - and trust me, once you get there you will never want to leave. The best part is certainly the grounds, huge wrap-around terrace with unsurpassed views which include at least four gathering/dining areas and the pool area! This home was perfect for our group of 7 and could easily handle more. The owners were very helpful and easy to deal with. Sadrine and Rodolphe, the Managers were very courteous, professional and helpful. They provided numerous bits of advice and recommendations on places to shop and visit. We would highly recommend La Nartelle to anyone who may be considering a trip to this area. We hope to return for another visit one day.

Une villa parfaite et bien équipée pour un séjour reposant ou actif, en famille ou en groupe

Cette maison a effectivement beaucoup de charme, offre de la place en suffisance pour que l'on ne se sente pas les uns sur les autres. La vue et l'environnement sont magnifiques, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le calme tout en étant proche des restaurants et des golfs de la région. Une grande piscine vraiment chauffée a comblé les plus exigeants d'entre nous (près de 30° à mi-octobre). Tout est soigné, décoré de façon à la fois sobre et raffinée. Excellent service de la part du contact local.

Souvenir impérissables en famille

Tout était très bien pendant notre séjour entre l'accueil des propriétaires et des référents locaux qui sont attentionnés et fort chaleureux. La maison était prête, et ce, en sortant d'hivernage. Fantastic home with sweeping sea views

This house is pretty spectacular. We were a group of 4 adults, 3 children, which I would say was the right amount for the house, despite it having 6 bedrooms (and 6 ensuites!) and being quite large. The house is completely kitted out with everything you need and if you like to cook, which we do, there is every utensil and serving dish you could ask for. It is really made for entertaining. I was quite impressed - I expected the house to be quite nice from the ad and photos and it was much better in reality. The owners are extremely responsive and easy to communicate with and I felt very comfortable with directions, etc, before we headed off on holiday. The local contact was also instantly available when I phoned and there waiting upon arrival...everything was very efficient. The heated pool is to die for. The kids loved it and the gardens and view from the house are so beautiful that you can easily spend the week at the house and not travel outside the gates. I have nothing at all to complain about the house, it was really fantastic. My only 'con' would be you need to drive for a bakery (10 min). There is basically nothing within walking distance other than the beach which is about 1.5km (15-20 min) by foot. You definitely need a car, and if you don't mind driving then all necessities, beaches and St Maxime centre are only a short drive away. In short, we loved it and are looking forward to a return.

Outstanding!!

Our party of nine friends could not have a more enjoyable holiday. The house, pool and views of the sea are magnificent. Everything about the house lends itself to relaxation and appreciation of the beautiful surroundings. Rodolphe, Sandrine and Naegele were wonderfully helpful and made our stay quite comfortable. It was, all in all, a fabulous holiday and I hope to be back someday. Thank you!!
