In a former mill in the heart of the Perche countryside, 140 km from Paris (1 hour and 40 minutes via the A11 highway), you’ll enjoy a peaceful setting where you can relax on a spacious, tranquil property.

Family home in a former mill spread over two floors: 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have private bathrooms (shower & toilet), a fully equipped kitchen, and an office space ideal for remote work with a view of the park.

Board games, ping-pong table, pool floats, and pool toys are available.

A raclette machine, stone grill, and charcoal BBQ are available to help you make the most of your stay.

Heated pool, patio furniture, and lounge chairs.

Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Accommodates up to 10 people.


Due to drought conditions, the pond and river may dry up at certain times of the year. Please note that this is rare.

The pool is heated in the summer, but once winter temperatures set in, we do not keep the pool heated. The pool is winterized from early November through early April.
