•POOLHOUSE- Open living and kitchen (larger than the east and west house) with a gas range; Downstairs: laundry room, bathroom with private water closet, 1 king bedroom; Upstairs/loft: 2 queen beds in one room and 2 twin beds in one room (both rooms are loft like in that the beds are a built-in system on the floor and the ceiling slopes with the pitch of the roof
•EAST HOUSE- Open living/kitchen area with a queen sleeper sofa, 1 King bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 double twin shared rooms (4 twin beds total or can be made into 2 king beds) and a shared bathroom between the two rooms, bunk room with 3 twin size beds and a hall bathroom with a private water closet
•WEST HOUSE- Open living/kitchen area with a queen sleeper sofa, 1 King bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 double twin shared rooms (4 twin beds total or can be made into 2 king beds) and a shared bathroom between the two rooms, bunk room with 3 twin size beds and a hall bathroom with a private water closet
•PARTY GARAGE- no hvac but has port-a-cool machine, electric fireplace and other portable fans/heaters, ping pong, darts, foosball, washers, cornhole, basketball

Awesome property! We had 4 generations staying for a few days to relax, enjoy each other's company, and eat. We've been all over Texas the last 15 years and this place was top notch.Pool and party garage were a hit. Plenty of space, comfortable beds, and private location (yet easy to find).Thank you for making us feel so welcomed.

We had a wonderful time. It had all we needed for adults and teens. A great layout, fully stocked kitchen and beautiful views!! Definitely recommend and we will be back! Brandi was extremely responsive and the checkin process was easy!!!

Beautiful property for a large group!

Awesome venue and a great host. Responsive to messages. And no complaints about our stay. It was great for all ages. We had infants all the way up to adults and everyone had a great time. The views are beautiful!Only about 5 minutes from small grocery stores and about 20 minutes from a good sized HEB.

Oh my! We had our family reunion at the Rove and we cannot say enough great things!! Everything was just perfect!! We loved the pool, sports court, fishing and wide open spaces for games!! The communication was great!! Thank you for letting us make so many family memories at this wonderful place!

Excellent Group Site!

Came down from Oklahoma with a group of 30 youth. Great location for an affordable price. We made it to both Six Flags and the Rangers game in under an hour. The site owner/manager was very friendly, informative, and easy to work with. There is enough to do onsite to keep people busy and active. If we ever have a group of 30 or less again, we will use this location.

Wonderful property!

We had four generations of family staying together for a long weekend. This property was absolutely perfect for us. We enjoyed the pool area, the game garage, and the sport court. The covered porch of the pool house was a great gathering space. There was plenty of seating options outside and inside. Nice beds, great kitchen, dining, and living rooms. We enjoyed making s'mores by the fire and cooking outside. Definitely a 10/10 - would highly recommend.

We had an amazing long weekend The Rove at L5. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We had 5 families and 21 people total. There was so much to do especially for the teenagers and kids. Hours were spent swimming, playing pool volleyball, basketball, ping pong, fishing and a night time game of hide and seek plus a talent show on the stage. The property had everything we could need. It is so spacious. The fresh flowers and homemade cake were a surprise and so thoughtful too. We would definitely stay there again.
