During your stay we provide you with table tennis, petanque, badminton, football, volleyball, darts, board games, etc.

For the more sporty, the region offers many possibilities for thrills: Trail, mountain biking, climbing, pedal boats, canoes, paddles, kayaking, etc. In addition, the site offers many other activities on site for the whole family: Acrobranche course, discovery and orienteering trails and electric mountain bike trails.

The villa is located 2.5km from the centre of the picturesque village of Saint-Cézaire-Sur-Siagne, perched on a spur overlooking the steep-sided valley of the Siagne and famous for its caves that can be visited all year round.

In the village, you will find all amenities: several restaurants and bars on the village square, bakery, shops, mini-market, pharmacy, doctors, and its famous market (every Saturday).

Finally, you will have the opportunity to discover the region by visiting for example Cannes, Nice, Grasse known for its perfumes, the Verdon gorges, Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Biot famous for its glass factories, the Cap d'Antibes or Juan-les-Pins famous for its seaside resorts.

At the end of the day, everyone can meet for a drink by the heated swimming pool which ensures a constant swimming temperature throughout the season from April to November.

This villa has on the ground floor a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a large reception area of 105 m² with its large bay windows offering a breathtaking view of the garden, the solarium, the heated swimming pool (10x5m) and a large covered terrace (with electric plancha, large table for 10 people).
