St Raphael

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property and the views were stunning. The house was clean and well equipped although some appliances needed attention. The dishwasher was unstable and tipped every time the door was opened, also the downstairs toilet flush system was broken. However this didn’t spoil our stay at the property.

Super sejour, la maison est top, la vue extraordinaire. La résidence est calme et a proximité des golfs et du massif de l Estérel. Nous reviendrons dans hésiter.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Unterkunft: das Haus liegt in einer "gated community", der Pool ist ein paar Meter über die Straße (sehr sauber, mit Liegen) und wird auch von den anderen Bewohnern genutzt: zu unsere Zeit ein sehr höfliches Miteinander. Das Wohn- und die Schlafzimmer waren tip-top in Ordnung, die Badezimmer sauber, nur die Küche ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Von der Ausstattung her aber absolut ok: man kann sich auf jeden Fall gut selber verpflegen. Die Klimaanlage ist an heißen Sommertagen viel wert! Der Terrassenbereich auch sehr schön und man hat wirklich eine hübsche Aussicht.

Die Lage mit dem Blick von der Terasse ist tatsächlich so wunderschön wie auf den Fotos. Haus ist nicht mehr ganz neu, was sich an der einen oder anderen Kleinigkeit zeigt. Aber schöne Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung. WC im EG mit Einschränkungen und schon sichtbar häufig benutzt. WC im 1. Stock neuwertig. Gute neuwertige Matrazen in Zimmern im 1. Stock. Gegen zeitweilige Ameisenstrassen im EG hilft einfaches Backpulver. Es gab keine Vorabinfos zum Check-in. Unsere Anreise wurde komplett vergessen und niemand war bei unserer Ankunft da. Immerhin hat sich die Agentur entschuldigt. Nach diesem ärgerlichen Beginn war es dann aber trotzdem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir hatten 10 wunderschöne Tage in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder und hatten genug Platz für alle. Die Terrasse und der Ausblick sind absolut traumhaft. Das Haus liegt im Randgebiet von Saint-Raphael, daher ist man überwiegend aufs Auto oder Fahrrad angewiesen um den Ortskern und die Strände zu erreichen. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wirklich empfehlen. Der Gemeinschaftspool in der Wohnanlage war für unsere Kinder das Beste.

Week-end de Pentecôte.

Mis à part la machine à café non détartrée et donc inutilisable tout le reste était au top.Vue magnifique sur l'Esterel depuis la terrasse .
Petit coin très méditerranéen.

Sur ce type de cafetière il est malheureusement impossible d'anticiper la mise en sécurité et le détartrage nécesaire. Nous avons bien entendu fait le nécesaire, et vous êtes les bienvenus quand vous voudrez. Nous vous offrirons avec plaisir une bouteille rosé de chez nous ! Magali et Arjan

Wunderschönes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die geräumige Villa in sehr ruhiger Lage mit Blick auf Golfplätze und das Esterel Gebirge bedeutete Erholung ab der ersten Minute. Checkin und Checkout waren unkompliziert und die Agentur war bei einem kleinen technischen Problem sofort zur Stelle.
